I'm 5'10 175 probably 16-19%bf trying to cut down. I decided to go relatively low on the calories, it seems to work pretty good for me.
I was aiming for 40/40/20 when I was planning it out, but I think it should be just fine how it is.
Let me know about anything I should change.

damn, looks tight to me mate' if you can follow that line of thinking, eating, training throughout the cut you should do great. Your ratios for teh glucose follows my line of thinking as well, I usually go half BW (# of carbs) during a bulk and 1/4 BW (# of carbs) during a cut.

I was gonna post my own feeding information for you to look at to help, but it looks like you done your homework already :)

be sure to get before and after pics, I usually get pics every +/- 10lbs to compare and make sure everything is going well.

good luck!

Thanks man! :) Once again very motivating to hear that I didn't make any planning mistakes.

I just did my first HIIT session at 4 minutes about an hour ago... I felt like I was going to die afterwards, probably a good sign ;)

Good luck on your pushup goal man, thats pretty impressive.. I dont think I can even do 20 pushups right now and it would probably take me 5 minutes because I'm so weak. Is 115 the record?

nah, the record just got beat this year. it WAS 124 now the record is 136 in a minute. It would be cool to hit 115, but I think I am just going to maintain my current speed.

speed pushups is a little man's game and the BIGGER I get the harder it is to increase my speed.......when I started doing speed pushups and speed hitting I was @160 and now I weigh 215 so it a lot more weight to push :)

If you're going to use bread, make sure it is whole grain, not just whole wheat. With whole wheat most of the fibre and protein is removed, and some of the nutrients lost in the processing are replaced. But whole grain bread the whole grains are in tact.

This is a question I was going to ask so thanks for bringing it up :)

I was looking at my local grocery store for the best bread to buy and I couldn't find ANYTHING... I ended up settling for a loaf of Grant's Farm Stone Ground Wheat, which contains corn syrup but not high-fructose like everything else I looked at. That loaf is almost gone so I need to find something better next time. Theres about 5 supermarkets within 5 minutes of me so I have alot of searching to do, but can you tell me what to look for? I've seen "12-grain" at one of them, but will it say specifically on the package that it is "whole grain"? Anything I should watch out for on the ingredients list? I'm assuming the best bread will contain no corn syrup of any kind.
