I believe I peaked at 195 but I dieted down to 185 first before running clen. I didnt use it for fat burning purposes. I used it for anticatabolic morning cardio.

I think a cheat meal is better to be thought of as a refeed. If your dieting it is likely that your muscle glycogen will be some what depleted, and a high carb/pro, and low fat meal would be perfect to replentish your body.

So imo ice cream is not a good cheat meal.

I love fast joints! I can go any day for double quarter pounder with cheese (800 cal.) McDonalds or triple classic burger (1,000 cal) Wendy's. Also those large strawberry shakes(32oz) they got are packed with 1,100 calories each , I can gulp 3 of them during the day. I'm basically shooting to get to 300 lbs. . I should acomplish it by 2006 I hope, we'll see.

um ok?

OK. my roommate and I have different approaches to this. But he's an endo/mesomorph while im a true meso so we have our variations.

Mines much more like a cyclic schedule. Big cheat dinner on Sunday to fuel lifts for the week. More of a lunch-time cheat on tuesday; I try to stay smart here and keep it around 150% of my usual caloric meal total. More carb based too, maybe like a cookie or something. Then again on Friday post workout (or for breakfast). Still staying smart about it but allowing myself a more off-hand dinner.

My roommate has a more David Henry style - eat garbage all weekend Sat-Sun and then stay strict for the rest of the week. His method claims to supply him with the energy he needs to fuel the first few days of training that week then his metabolism will handle the latter days.

I prefer mine. I can't eat crazy like that, I'll get sick.

In my opinion cheat meals are absolutely necessary if you plant on keeping muscle mass and Strength. Diets cause stress, which causes cortisol to release and your metabolism to slow down. Cheat meals rev up your metabolism and offer a lot of mental satisfaction which leads to good hromones being released. For a cheat meal, I wouldn't reccomend stuffing yourself until you can't move. Rather have a meal about 400-500 cals more than your diet meals but have it be any food that will give you complete satisfaction. Your mind plays a huge part in shaping your body and you want to reward yourself so you feel good and then jump back to your diet. I usually cheat once or twice a day 2x per week but split those days apart from eachother.

i don't really use a cheat "meal". monday-saturday i stick strictly to unprocessed foods, (meats, rice, whole wheat carbs, and vegs, and thats about it) however on sunday i eat whatever i want. if i have a craving for fried chicken and mashed potatoes durring the week, ill waite till sunday and eat it then.

I have heard of a weekend style like that. Using saturday as super high carb, low fat, moderate protein intake but then return on Sunday.

I'm still at a point that I don't do cheats just yet. Still have a little ways to go. Just looking to develop a plan.
