I'm not seeing that panel at all anymore. I see Female Hormone Optimization Checkup, Optimization Panel, both at high prices. I see a "new" Hormone Panel with Estradiol Sensitive and Testosterone LC/MS-MS. So I guess what I'm asking is what components do I want to check up on, so I can look for a panel that has them in it. They seem to change names frequently.

Bloods are costing me less than $60. My GP wanted me to go to a lab first, and then another appointment "a physical" to read my bloods. The online route is way cheaper.

I did labwork less than 3 months ago, and my total testosterone was around 350 (which is one the low end, and I'm 24 years old). I think I remember being able to add certain panels on Privatemd but I'm not 100% certain. Hoping someone else knows also.

Edit: see photo for each panel that was included in the "female hormone panel" basic bitch blood test. Hope this helps you.

I still stick by the saliva hormone testing kit for those who won't do the blood work. It's been shown to be effective and comes right to your doorstep. Unfortunately I'm in New York so I am not allowed to do saliva testing, so I cannot speak to it personally. But from what I've read, I would do it if it were available in my state.

I do know that testosterone saliva testing is very inaccurate. You might want to research saliva testing if you are adjusting meds with the results.

I'll have to look into it again. I remember seeing people's experiences vary on here, but I remember seeing a controlled study that showed it was accurate. Like I said, it doesn't matter to me because I cannot get those kind of tests done in my state anyway.

Is the female hormone test a good test to take prior to your first ever pro hormone cycle? Or are there more things I want to test for? Another article I saw online said I want to check for the following:

- LH
- FSH
- Total Test
- Free Test
- Estradiol
- RBC
- Glucose
- Blood Urea Nitrogen
- Creatinine
- Cholesterol
- AST
- ALT

I noticed the female panel tests for most but not all of this. How important is it to get the missing stuff tested for before my first ever PH cycle???

Only thing not included in the female panel is your free test. If you can afford it I would add it. Not a huge deal although it is a bit of a better indicator of where you feel best if that makes sense

Just did this and got my results. Says I have high levels of bilirubin. Is this a reason to be concerned? I added on a free test level test as well, still waiting on those results. (Didn’t get my lipids tested) I should’ve since these tests were before my first ever PH cycle. Strapped for cash tho.

It could be a sign of an underlying issue, or could be just a transient elevation. There’s also a condition called Gilbert’s which is genetic and bilirubin is just always elevated and nothing to really worry about. With one set of labs, you can’t really tell.

This in the panel that includes CBC and CMP, right? You will need to be fasted as it includes glucose level.

Also, make sure you are doing this as early as possible. LabCorp opens at 8 AM.

Annnnnnd the results are in. Would anyone mind posting your thoughts? Some info on me:

25 year old male, lifetime natty. I don't drink alcohol or do any drugs of sort.
199lbs, 6'

Currently eating in a bulk consisting of about 250g protein/day.
Put on about 15lbs in the last 15 weeks.

Was fasted for 12 hours prior to test - not even a sip of water. Last workout was about 24 hours prior to test.

The night before the test I was feeling pretty sick (stuffy head/congestion thing), miraculously woke up feeling better the next morning.

I'm in no way an expert - this is my first time doing such test - but I feel like the high AST *might* be the higher protein diet? High lymphs might be why I was feeling sick leading up to the test? High BUN - also higher protein diet - maybe lack of water leading up to the test?

Also, how's my E2? Test seems average, E2 appears to be mid-range.
