Sorry to hijack... Curious about your experience with Claw.
I just started Claw yesterday. I'm 5'-7" 150lbs. For the moment I'm doing 2 capsules first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then I fast all day until after my evening workout. I have no idea if this is an ideal or effective strategy or dosage. There's not a ton of info out there about this product as far as I can find.
Suggestions?
