I'm sorry baby. I've been trying to 'hit you back' (as well as Chad and dsade) for over a week now, but I still can't (did they raise the number of reps you need to hand out before you can hit someone back again?)

Brad got his first tooth at 4 1/2 months. he was 8lbs 11 oz and he was over a week early. He started walking at 9 months. He said mama and dada and dog before 8 months! That boy doest even know what baby food is, he went from the oatmeal to real food at 5 or 6 months and i cant get him to eat baby food anymore. He said Thank You for the first time last week, just before he turned 11 months old.

Wow, he and my little guy are pretty close in age. He too doesn't eat baby food, he prefers stuff like roast beef, chicken breast, pork tendorloin, sweet potatoes etc etc.....all the **** mrs jecko and I eat. My little guy certainly doesn't have the same manners though....he's got his dad's temper too, he fishhooked one of the dogs last night and then pulled the other one's tail :frustrate

Brad had those dark blue eyes with long eye lashes so when his hair got a little long every one call him a girl, so off to get the buzz cut we went! He looked so handsome. I love the curls on him Jecko!!! very cute

idk wtf kinda dumbell flyes your doing but if your only benching 140x6 you cannot be doing 120x8 unless you are only doing like 1/4 of the full rep.

DB bench is actually close to flyes. There's not that much of an increase in torque on your pectoral muscles by stiffening your elbows.

i know my fyles were never that close to my pressing so perhaps i have issues with my chest muscles

i wasnt referring to keeping elbows straight or bent or anything just the motion there are a few ways of doing db flyes ill see if i can find youtube videos to show to compare

i mean i could be wrong but i dont even think ronnie and cutler do 120lb flyes but they bench 200lb dbs for reps

no i do NOT let my elbows lower than the bench, and i keep more of an angle to my arms but its pretty much the same thing they are doing.
