Tomaszewski suffered second degree burns and a broken nose from the impact of the gerbil, while Farnum suffered first and second degree burns to his anus and lower intestinal tract.

Sadly, Ragout the gerbil did not survive the incident.

Yea me too. My computer business is picking up. Didn't make it in yesterday or today. Tomorrow ain't lookin real good either. But at least the $$ is good at the moment.

On a more positive note, my boy's first football game is tonight. He got the nod to start both offense and defense! Left tackle on d, not sure on O, but it was on the right side of the line. :) :) [ /proud daddy]
 
my left shoulder collerbone are bothering me a lot since my last workout im pissed.

next workout is a few hours away zomg hopefully it doesnt hurt ill do normla full shoulder workouts no matter what i workout.

gotta start taking my cissus and nac but i gotta cap it first.


where can i buy 1 size caps. at a local store?

you can see there isn`t much of a diffence. i`m about 270lbs in both pics. i im a bit bloated now b/c of the Sust so i`ll take another one when this cycle ends. to see if my back is more cut.

i can deadlift about 100lbs more now than last cycle.

You definitely look wider and a little thicker in the back. Good progress so far. Can't beat a strength increase.
