Chad`s Tren+Test Prop+Sust+Anadrol+Winny CYCLE!!!!

im sorry if i offend any of you in the next 4 weeks. i already told everyone that the Tren has shifted gears on me and im a less friendly person now. i still love you all in a very gay butt sex way.
 
so anyways my stupid ass friend that has the straps didnt come to the gym today so i didnt get to max out on deadlifts.
but i did get in a nice workout.

my joints felt kinda tight today. i dont think it could be from the winny already but who knows. forearms bones were killing
me during ez bar curls. i didnt feel that strong today. sleep has been $hity at best.

ive been training 2 days on and 1 day off. sometimes 3 on. im going to try and change it to every other day. to help my body heal. AND deadlifting 2 times a week is fcuking me up too im sure.

My wife hates it when I use Tren. If I get rolling on something, it's hard to stop me from working myself up. It's usually over stupid trivial sh1t too. I have compassion for the Chad household. ;)

Haven't you learned the trick yet? There's only one thing that calms me down like magic and works fast when I get really bad. 2 or 3 times a day works best! It starts with a B and ends with a J. ;)

I'm only guessing but I'd think most men, yes even whiners like Chad, would respond favorably to this type of therapy. :thumbsup:

DB flat bench

145x12 and 1/2 only the left arm went up on last rep PR
125x16
100x8

standing DB delt raises

30x8
40x8
55x8
65x4

after i did my last set of DB bench press i went in the locker room and threw up. i felt like my heart was going to pop.

also my right elbow is still very tight when lifting. agian im not sure if the winny is at fault but its not that bad that i cant work past it.

yeeeehaw havnt puked from a workout since m1t..... get damn close everytime i squat though.

i miss when i used to get nose bleeds while lifting. i would get so hyped from that $hit! and it would scare the hell out of everyone around me cause i wouldn`t clean it off. i would just get a sick smile on my face and keep banging out sets!

Anyway, yeah, its probably the winny. Working past it is alright and all, but you've gotta think about consequences. Pushing too hard through pain can put you out for a LONG time. (Been there, done that....now I'm fat, small and injury free! :thumbsup:)
 
you have any joint support supplements on hand man? like kwycke said man i wouldnt slam past the pain just cause the tren says so.... thats some mad weight your throwing up and your muscles are probally growing faster then your joints can handle..... just be cuuuurful :thumbsup:
