Chad`s Tren+Test Prop+Sust+Anadrol+Winny CYCLE!!!!

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to bLacKjAck. again.

no more BB press at all. im done with that $hit.

aww chad forgets the ephedrine and now hes lost his balls.... :toofunny:

its gonna be tough on your body regardless with that much weight, just dont do it ALL THE TIME and youll be fine man, plus the point of reset AD is to resensitize you to stims but i dont think its gonna work so well if you continue to take ephedrine along with it man, JMO. but any who whats up with the tren? i woulda thought thats all youd need to nail that press.

the tren is doing very well. my deads and DB press is super high. its just these fcuking BB that hurt.

i haven`t had a bad workout in a really long time so im pretty pissed. i think i might have to beat my wife for a few hours and have some cup cakes to feel better. LOL

yea with your bad workout day i just might be able to beat your ass instead! Like that time I beat your ass in the front yard!

drop the ephedra Chad. Rely less on stims and you should be golden. Reset AD or not, your CNS is not to be taken lightly, even on cycle.

Also quit ejaculating so much. Chi anyone? anyone? ;)

did you maybe work out arms the day before the llift? it may be the built up stress your putting on your arms period that is just most prvelent when you try a BB lift???, hows your military press? and DB bench?

Chad's a pathetic weakling, that's all you need to know... :duel:

Oh by the way Chad, I curled 80 LB dumbells for 9 on each arm.... after pullup's and chins... sucker!

mil bb is strong. db flat and incline are good as fcuk:bb3:

yeah it sucks cause no one gauges their chest power by BB.
im king $hit when it comes to DBs

I think it just exposes a certain weakness. You have strong secondary/stability muscles in proportion to the primary bench pressing muscles. So when you go to BB, taking the secondary/stability muscles out of play, your lift doesn't go up by much because the primaries aren't that strong.

Does that make sense?

I don't know because I used to bench fine before I hurt my shoulder. Last heaviest weight I benched was 350 for 2. When I bench it just feels uncomfortable now. I can't lower the bar all the way to my chest, I think it has something to do with my genetics and my long arms. Incline bench forget it-- maybe we just arn't flexible?

Mil db press isn't a prob for me- I used to rep 110s, and got a set at 115s once when they were available to me. --rep meaning sets of 8-10

What I'm saying is look at the weights you're doing with DB's vs. BB.

Chad's droppin' 145's like it's hot, but that's only 290lbs. He's struggling with 425lbs BB. In order to alleviate this discrepency, one of two things would have to happen:
1) His secondary muscles would need to get weaker (meaning he wouldn't be able to put up as much on DB's)
2) His primary muscles would have to get stronger.

Ok I understand what you're saying, but isn't it possible to achieve somewhat of a balance? At my peak I was db pressing (incline and flat) 120s --so that is equivalent to benching 240, right? At the same time my set on bench x8 was at 300 even.

It is possible to achieve a balance. It's also possible to change your DB:BB ratio.

so if i start upping my reps with the 145`s that wont up my BB press?

I would think it still would have some increase, (maybe only nominal increase) on BB though. Albeit secondary "stabilizers" are in play (why they are harder in general for most), they are still a pressing exercise first and foremost. My Triceps fail on DBs, just like my BB presses.

But my DB press PRs are much more impressive than my BB presses.

You do have logic in your opinion Sinner. Good points.

well how important is it really to have a strong BB press?
im ok with 425. its not 500 but its more than a lot of guys can do.

Unless you're powerlifting, it's just another number you can yammer off to a bunch of drunk chicks who don't really care.

BTW, 425 ain't too shabby. I was onced asked by someone, "Gosh, you're really strong. How much can you bench? Can you bench 225?" I tried not to laugh.

A chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. I guess that's really all I'm trying to get at.

just bamfed up 120's for 3 on my shoulder workout. eat it chad

430 is on its way on the bench, i refuse to have chad beat me by 5lbs
