lol. sorry. the TREN was doing the talking. yeah this strenght in crazy. this is a lot faster than i remember it kicking in so strong. im sure the bam and epi helped a lot.
my sleep is FCUKED UP. i cant hardly fall asleep even if Brad is being good.

today is back day and will be going for a max deadlift. SS thinks 455 would be a good goal. we`ll see.
 
ok only got 415 BUT it was mid workout. and it wasn`t my max. i could tell that i could have done another 20lbs.

the deadlift workout looked like this

like i said i had already done about 20 sets of other back and bi lifts before i even steped up to deadlift.

ok so these 3 guys that ALWAYS workout together were there today. i think they are queer for each other but anyways, they were doing chest today and for some reason two of them are always looking at me while i lift and they were again today. so while im deadlifting they start doing some DB incline presses. ok. so they get to there 2nd or 3rd set and i see that the one guy did a set of 4-6 with 110lbs. ok good for him. but then he jumps up and looks at me like he wants a fcuking cookie or something. that pissed me off. im like the 3rd biggest guy at my gym behind these two GIANT black guys. but i think i am stronger than them they are just way more cut than me. ANYWAYS...... who is this is guy to look at me like i owe him props for putting up something i warm up with???:aargh: :aargh: . so i do my last lift of 415 and give out a super ALPHA male grunt and look right at him and smile. i also saw that the front desk was looking over at me and they didnt look too happy. in fact they looked a bit "upset" hahahaha. i should have told them that looking at me like that makes me feel uneasy and to please stop. :icon_lol:

oh the point im getting at is that next time i do chest im going to do a set of 8 with 145`s right next to them. and i might pee on there legs too. just to mark my turf and all.

the trick with lifting mr. sinner is you have to grab him by the ears before he jumps behind you. :woohoo:

note to self. NEVER EVER WORKOUT THE DAY AFTER YOU DEADLIFT!!!!!!!

i went into try a chest workout today and ended up only doing 3 sets before i walked out. on a bright note i did DB incline press like this

120x8
140x4 ---- i could have hit 5 but had no spot and didnt want to "drop weights" . and as i told SS, im sure that i could have hit 140x8 had i been fresh today.

Im A fReAK!!!!!!!!!!!
 
on a side note someone left a choke chain in my gym today???? i was lookin at it then an image came to my mind, what it woulda been like to see cow man barkin at some skinny kid with it on cause he did somethin like farted mid set and upset chads nose (or any other reason you can think of to get him to growl at some unsuspecting wannabe)..... bout busted ass my self tryin not to laugh while shruggin.:gas: :fool2: :woohoo: :fool2:

this whole week has been a fcuking WASTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my wife has been going into work at 6 am all week and that means I have to get up with the baby all night. oh and this week he has been waking up about every hour and a half. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO i have been getting about 4-5 hours of sleep. add on that no one asked me what i wanted from the food store so i`ve been eating less and worse than normal. I`m stressed, hungry and not sleeping well/at all!

today`s $HIT workout looked like this

200x8 this gave me false hope that i might have a ok workout.

120x8 normaly i bang that out no problem, but i just got 8 before the pain started.

rack x8 i also bang this out like a warm up but had pain in my joints and had no intensety.

hammer st. seated dips

360x8 at that point i packed it up and left. that was the worst i`ve done on that lift for a very long time.

I am so fcuking mad right now. i dont even want to talk to people. I put A LOT of time, money and effort into my body and all i get is **** from my wife and in laws about how im wasting my time.

I guess, but what are you trying to accomplish with all of this? I mean you've obviously put so much time, effort, and money into becoming the monster that you are, but what is the ultimate goal/intension of building all of this muscle? I mean are you competative in bodybuilding or some other sport? Or are you at a point where it seems like no matter what you do, you're just not big/strong enough? Or is it a combination of the two?

I'm not trying to bombard you with questions or side with your folks by any means. But you have to admit you've been putting your body through A LOT, what is your pay-off and do you think it's worth it? From the sound of things, the fam and the wife are thinking, "No, it's not worth it." But you're entitled to your own opinion. Just something to think about. :think:

i have had a hole in my life that i have never been able to fill. i have a very fast very nice car that doesn`t fill it. i have really nice clothes that dont help. the only thing that comes close to filling the void is lifting and getting bigger. you cant buy a sick bench press. you cant save up for a super wide back. you have to build it yourself. its a craft. it really is. im a artist and as all artist i am never satisfied with my work. I dont compet but i might someday. i dont play sports either. its not worth the risk of hurting myself and having to stop lifting.
im not saying that the way i think is normal but thats how i work.

Sorry, but that was set up so perfectly, I couldn't not say that. On a more serious note, I understand your logic. Bodybuilding really is more of an art form than a sport. A lot of people don't understand why I 'bulk up' in the winter, just to diet back down in the spring. Every competition I've been in is like putting a new 'masterpiece' on display. And it's funny, the pics from past shows that I was once so proud of, are now a disgrace compared to my latest 'works'. We just have to realize that, compared to the status quo of America, we're f*cking crazy :fool2:. I'll admit it: I'm nuts. But I wouldn't have it any other way.

yes you are crazy, so am i. and im pretty sure SS is too.

this life style is a never ending battle with self control. it changes your view on the world as a whole. i dont feel like im a part of soceity. i feel like im walk amungest them as i try to not become one of them. do they care if they have a bad workout? do they know what one is?
 
ok i went back to the gym to try and save chest day. it was ok.

these were just the main lifts. i did a few others so i dont feel as bad any more.
