I am starting my 5 week Epistane/ 5 week X-Lean Log/post cycle therapy Log today. My supplement plan is as follows.

Weeks Dosages/Product

1 40mg (start at 10mg first day and move up 10mg each day)

3 50mg Epistane™

4 50mg Epistane™

5 60mg Epistane™

6 200mg X-Lean™ + SERM 120mg+ Nolvedex XT 60mg & ZMA

7 150mg X-Lean™ + SERM 90mg + Nolvedex XT 60mg & ZMA

8 100mg X-Lean™ + SERM 60mg + Novedex XT 120mg & ZMA

9 100mg X-Lean™ + SERM 60mg + Novedex XT 120mg & ZMA

10 50mg X-Lean™ + SERM 30mg + Nolvedex XT 155mg & ZMA

Day #1

Starting Stats:

6'1

226 pounds

15.7 % BF

Workout went well today I did Chest and Biceps. Kind of struggled at the end because I was recovering from having to come in to work during the weekend and work alot of hours. Still I am very optimistic about what this product can do for me. Trying to keep protein and carbs at 1.5 grams x 1lb of bodyweight and eat 6-7 clean meals. I got legs tommorow so I will holla at you then!!!

Day #2

Legs & Abs

Really felt some good pumps today. My chest and biceps are all swole up from yesterday. It's fricken crazy I took off my shirt after my workout today when I was getting dressed for work and I was all Jacked up. I don't know if it was the Epistane or what but I love having that feeling. I have Back tommorow so hopefully I'll have some crazy pumps since I will be taking 30mg pre workout!

I seriously doubt you will need to use a SERM for 5 weeks. Epistane is much easier to recover from. See how you feel after about 3 weeks and gauge it from there. Not sure how you are taking your doses but for the 40mg dose, be sure to take 20mg of that (2 caps) about an hour or 90 minutes before working out and it will really make the workout go smoother. The other two caps spread out as far away as possible so that you are getting an even distribution of the compound throughout the day and including the night where you grow the most. With the mg dose I would take 20mg in the morning, 20mg pre workout then 10mg somewhere else in the day. Cortisol levels are at their highest in the morning and during a workout. Nighttime cortisol levels are significantly lower. Not sure when you workout but if you workout in the morning then take the pre workout dose at that time, then take the other 20mg dose about 8 hours later with a 10mg dose coming in the evening.

Same with the X-Lean, be sure to take it morning and pre workout before anything else.

I planned on taking the Epistane in the Morning 1 hour pre workout then the next dose 8 hours after my workout when I got to 40mg's but since I was just doing 30mg just for today, I did it all pre-workout and it went fantastic. I will do 20mg then 8 hours later 20mg since tommorow is my first day of taking 40mg total! I might cut my SERM down to 4 weeks instead of 5 since I am doing a 5 week Epistane cycle. How to take epistane

I was wondering How I should spread Epistane throughout the day. I will be taking 30mg throughout and maybe up it the last week. I usaually workout around 3 p.m.
 
Also, can I stack sizeon with epistane? and for a liver support how about Milk thistle, 3 times a day? one more thing, do I take epistane on non-workout days? if so, how much? reg. dosage?

Yes take normal dosage on non workout days. Split up the dosage throughout the day but be sure to get one of them about an hour before working out. Yes, SizeOn can be taken with it.

What are your stats and experience?

I can say that I ran 30mg for 4wks and had very good success.I was 5'9" 225@15% then.I spaced them evenly with a dose 1hr before training.

At 40mg/day i ran 20mg pre and loved it.
 
Day #3

Back

Today I took 30mg post workout with 3 grams of CEE and 3 grams of L-Arginine! I seriously had a workout that felt like I was in the Movie "Pumping Iron" with fricken Arnold. Pumps were mind-blowing and I was sweating like I was in the Sahara dessert!!!

Had great endurance also through my workout and once again when I was changing for work the muscle's from my training session the previous day (LEGS) along with my back were swole up beyond belief!

So far I really like this stuff I just hope it can stay like this and my body doesn't get used to it! Tomorrow is a rest day and I am going 20mg in the morning and 20mg 8 hours after that!

10mg AM 20mg pre is good and I statrted 40mg on wk5.

Day #4

Rest Day!

Muscles are still looking fuller than before, I started my log! Its pretty cool how quickly that happens.

I don't feel sore at all which is leading me to believe that I might need to go higher volume with my workouts.

Diets been really good except I need to get more Syntha-6! I guess I have to down some nasty ON Whey Protein shakes until I have some time to go get some. Once you go Syntha-6 you never go back!

Tommorow I got Shoulders,Tri's, and Abs so wish me luck!

Sometimes the first week of these compounds can be a little funny b/c hormone levels are all out of whack. Week 2 starts the fun stuff ;). It has been like that with every one of these compounds I've tried in the past.
 
everything sounds good so far. im on epistane right now at 30mg and phera 10mg till middle of next week then bumping epi to 40mg daily and see what happens. wanna get hyyyuugeee

Pretty awesome workout. Starting to have more energy. Strength gains are up 5lbs on Bench in just one week and I'm continuing to use heavyer weights for more reps!

Already up 3 Pounds! :)

Legs

Really noticed the strength gains the most with legs. I just kept on loading up the leg extension machine. It seemed like I could get any weight for 10 Reps lol! Energy is alot better than 2 days ago.

Good solid workout today. Got pretty burned out early because I went to heavy with T-Bar Rows but still had the endurance to finish out the workout good. Pumps were awesome with back!

Doing really well alot better than the end of the first week energy wise. I feel more solid and really are impressed with the new look and feel that I have already at the end of week #2. I have Shoulders, Tris, Abs tommorow!

Great workout! Strength gains and fuller apperance are the most noticable differences thus far. I also have th new confidence that I can crush these large amounts of weight for 10 reps no matter what it is! Love how this product is progressing. I can't wait until I take it upto 50mg next week!

Day #12 Off & Day #13 (Chest,Bi's,Abs)

Feeling really strong and pumped up during my workout. I have doubled the amount of reps I can use for 225 if that makes sense and I have added at least a plate onto all Hammer Strength Machines I use. I just feel like a beast now and absolutley love this product thus far. Day #15 I bump it upto 50mg so I can't wait!

I guess its just my body adjusting to its new strength gains and actually being able to handle the weight! I've been eating alot more lately! Putting on good amount of Muscle Mass noticeble in Shoulders, Arms, and Chest!

Day #14 Weight 235 pounds

Gained 9lbs in 14 days which is incredible! Tommorow I start 50mg for Week #3!

Awesome workout! Really trying to go heavy with my rows and pulldowns. Its unbelievable how much strength I have gained since I started the journal. I have to say that the pumps are really good but I am hoping when my body gets a few more days of 50mg running that they will go to a whole nother level!

I know if I take Epi too late at night I can't sleep, has me wide awake, not wired, just wide awake. But I get that from androgens. Some people get lethargic at doses higher than 60MG.

Too bad work hasn't allowed me more time to train! On another note I am not sure if I am going to-go with X-lean for my anti-cortisol I am looking into getting Retain 2!!!

So I am definetly going to use it. I wasn't sure you guys were going to be able to send it in time because of the "high" demand but thanks to winning the contest and LakeMount getting it sent out to me I will be able to use it for my log.

I love the cool design on the bottle and can't wait to see what this product can do for me in my PCT stage of my log!

Day #18 Off Day #19 Chest, Bi's, Abs

Overall I had a really decent workout today. I got another rep on 225 so now I can do 15 reps. When I started the log I could do 7 reps lol. Yeah so that's another sign this stuff kicks ass.

I still want to put more size onto my arms so I think I will drop the reps and increase the weight to shock my muscles into growth. I am watching the joints and using cissus and fish oils.

My Chest looked absolutely swole up today in the mirror after my workout. I am also increasing the volume of my workouts because I feel like I could be too cautious and under training with this stuff along with a great diet thus far. Tomorrow I got legs so until then later!

Sounds like you are being very wise and have planned this out well!

Also remember to warm up the joints on all exercises specially the shoulders, not saying you don't but I have heard a few people f'ckin themselves up going hard n heavy too quickly

Day #20

Legs

Everything went well today except for all three of the leg curl machines being jacked up at the gym. I still can't believe that crap happened to me on leg day. I wish somebody would of told me about that before I did heavy squats and lunges! Other than that everything went well and the gains keep coming along!
