Cellos test enanthate log
Names Marcel but call me cello, I'm 23 going on 24. 6'2 and 88.5 kgs. Training for 4 years, 2 years natty and 2 years less then natty. I'm new to the forum, and friend thought I should sign up as he has found people here are very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable.
Ill vaguely describe my situation so you have a little understanding. I ran a test/deca cycle when i was very young (influenced by a friend with little knowledge himself) had no pct in place and didnt run any ancillaries, hcg etc I've been seeing a doctor and multiple endos for the past two years trying to get my natural test back up with no success. I've been shutdown for pretty much two years, two years of hell to be honest.. depression social anxiety, ****ty training and zero energy and libido. Slowling shrinking away, losing a lot of muscle.. still managed to gain some strength through very strict diet and training. My doctor (he's an awesome doctor, cycled from a young age and very knowledgeable) has allowed me to start trt this year so I'm starting off with a cycle and then going back to my TRT dose after. I'm not going to go into anymore detail about that is that's not what this thread is for!

Running 500mg/wk test enanthate.
wk 1-12
Hcg 500iu split into two doses to keep my balls hanging and fertility sake.
Have adex on hand for any estro related sides.
My goals are to get up to 100kg/225lbs in weight, eating enough definitely won't be an issue for me.
My diet will be starting at 4000 calories a day. I eat very clean whilst using a flexible dieting approach, I just like to get creative with my meals as I love cooking (father was a chef). Macros are 500c/350p/70f
Training I'm on a 6 day split Hitting muscles twice a week. push,pull,legs,upper,arms,legs rest. Cardio 3 times a week at 30min as I like to keep my cardiovascular health in check.
Anyway I did my first pin the other day. Already feeling libido being effected positively which is great for me as you can imagine, more then I've had over the past year.
Ill try and upload pictures and do 4-8-12 week progress updates. I did do a slow cut for the past 3 months losing 0.75-1lb a week as I wanted to lean up a little before the cycle.
Thanks for any opinions, advice or feed back you guys might have for me.
