Names Marcel but call me cello, I'm 23 going on 24. 6'2 and 88.5 kgs. Training for 4 years, 2 years natty and 2 years less then natty. I'm new to the forum, and friend thought I should sign up as he has found people here are very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable.

Ill vaguely describe my situation so you have a little understanding. I ran a test/deca cycle when i was very young (influenced by a friend with little knowledge himself) had no pct in place and didnt run any ancillaries, hcg etc I've been seeing a doctor and multiple endos for the past two years trying to get my natural test back up with no success. I've been shutdown for pretty much two years, two years of hell to be honest.. depression social anxiety, ****ty training and zero energy and libido. Slowling shrinking away, losing a lot of muscle.. still managed to gain some strength through very strict diet and training. My doctor (he's an awesome doctor, cycled from a young age and very knowledgeable) has allowed me to start trt this year so I'm starting off with a cycle and then going back to my TRT dose after. I'm not going to go into anymore detail about that is that's not what this thread is for!

Cycle.
Running 500mg/wk test enanthate.
wk 1-12
Hcg 500iu split into two doses to keep my balls hanging and fertility sake.
Have adex on hand for any estro related sides.

My goals are to get up to 100kg/225lbs in weight, eating enough definitely won't be an issue for me.
My diet will be starting at 4000 calories a day. I eat very clean whilst using a flexible dieting approach, I just like to get creative with my meals as I love cooking (father was a chef). Macros are 500c/350p/70f

Training I'm on a 6 day split Hitting muscles twice a week. push,pull,legs,upper,arms,legs rest. Cardio 3 times a week at 30min as I like to keep my cardiovascular health in check.

Anyway I did my first pin the other day. Already feeling libido being effected positively which is great for me as you can imagine, more then I've had over the past year.

Ill try and upload pictures and do 4-8-12 week progress updates. I did do a slow cut for the past 3 months losing 0.75-1lb a week as I wanted to lean up a little before the cycle.

If you have issues already with your testosterone I wouldn't mess with high doses of test. I would let it be start trt and see if you can fix what's going on and not make it worse. Yea feel me. Good luck though
 
I'm going to be shutdown on trt.. I'm not going to be trying to restart my hpta after the cycle! Everything's been sorted out.
 
Second pin the other day went well!

Already waking up with morning wood so I'm stocked! Having normal pumps in the gym is so good mentally, making me train so much harder. Haven't been able to get a pump in a long time even with multiple pwo's NO supps + carbs.

I'm up 1.5kg already from water weight.

Excited for the weeks to come.

One week down, today is day 8.

Trainings been good this week, hitting all my macros each day as closely as I can.
Trained legs last night (hamstring dominant) and was sweating a ton more! But then again it was 44 degrees Celsius lol.

Weight is now at 92kg (from 88.5) Which is from water and the extra carbs I'm assuming.

About to hit back, can't wait!!
 
IMO, posting pictures of your face.. in addition to openly admitting you are using an illegal substance is not the most wise decision. Not sure I've ever seen this done on any of the AAS forums I am on.

Rich piano does it and he has a bigger following. Unless you are distributing the feds have better things to do hopefully
 
They should have better things to do, but if local police get wind from time to time they will make an example of somebody just to make a point. Better off not to risk it at all, already risky enough trying to acquire the illegal substances
 
Just my opinion with the diet, I would lower the protein a bit but definitely up your fats more, don't underestimate the power of fats (depending on what source you use) and your fat intake now is in the low-medium range (to me)..

If you feel good with 350g protein and anything less that that you're not recovering properly then that's your call but for your weight I personally just don't see need for it to be that high

Ill aim for 275-300 protein 500-525 carbs and up the fats to 85/90? I was just going off of what most people have done in their logs and aim for 1.75-2g of protein per lb of lbm... I've always aimed for. 8-1g / lb of lbm before this cycle.

My fats are mostly from avocado, almonds, dairy, eggs etc.

For some one in your shoes I wouldn't be scared of getting your fats over 100g a lot of people comfortably have fat at 120g per day. But go to 85g first see how your body feels for a couple weeks and how progress is, then you could stay there or try to bump it up some more.

I personally think upwards of 2g/lb of protein is overkill, there was pros that prepped for the Olympia on 75-90g of protein a day back in the 90's. I keep mine at 1.5g/lb (approximately since I don't step on the scale) and feel much better at this.
 
Today is day 13.
4 pins in and up 12lbs/5.5kg
Definitely sweating a lot more and the pumps are increasing. Trained quads today and the pump was insane! Loving it so far. Not sure if strength has increased or just extra aggression but I'm pushing out more reps then usual which I'm happy about.

Cant wait to get back in the gym. rest day tomorrow though for Christmas and will be allowing myself some extra calories too: )
