Strength is a little low. I think I need to add in some calories into carbs and fats. Im probably not getting enough fats and carbs as I think that its really affecting my lifts. I will be bumping up the calories to see how my body reacts. I was told that Im leaning out nicely but dropping too quickly. The drop in strength was an indicator of this as well.
