i experimenting neovar + ap in the morning with 50g of carbs. Not fun. Lethargic and headaches during work (which is like an hour after morning meal)

I honestly think it packs more punch that p-slin though. I dont know how but it gives you sick pumps and vascularity. Id say go for 80g+ of carbs on that or youll go hypo.

It was honestly overkill in the morning with 50g but pre-workout I think it would be sick because I experimented with neovar/ap for some time. Neovar has more of an instant effect. (taken pre-workout you notice the difference even when its taken like lets say 1 hour prior to workout. Combined with AP it has some dramatic effects on fullness and energy levels at the gym.)

I kinda had a bad/low cal day at one time and I was smashing weight like it was nothing with like 70g of carbs and some neovar+AP. Great stack. Just dont over do it if its not a preworkout dose.

Strength is a little low. I think I need to add in some calories into carbs and fats. Im probably not getting enough fats and carbs as I think that its really affecting my lifts. I will be bumping up the calories to see how my body reacts. I was told that Im leaning out nicely but dropping too quickly. The drop in strength was an indicator of this as well.

my love handles are thinning out like MADNESS. Spartan madness. Chest is leaning out, upper abs appearing its looking good. V tamper is back and it actually makes me look bigger now that theres a V tamper from the lats to the waist. Back looks vascular as hell now too. Im loving in :dance:
