Im new to AM been a great fan of the reviews hear for a while and this is my first post on here. Just signed up today and already learned alot of cool things about the site. I hope I can network and talk with many of you more as well. Now since the intro is done:
Here's my Stats:
Height: 5' 10 1/4"
Weight: 182 lbs
BF %: 8%
Lets get to my stack:
PH:
H-Drol by CEL with Cycle Assist
Potency: 50/75/75/75/100
Resversitol by iForce as PCT along with Novedex XT (maybe tell me what you think guys)
Protein:
IsoMASS Extreme Gainer by Ultimate Nutrition (I know not the greatest)[immediatly post-workout]
Creatine:
Neovar by Applied Nutraceuticals (4 post-workout and 3 mid-day)
Pre-Workout:
RPM/Drive by Applied Nutraceuticals (3 and 3 pre-workout one hour prior)
Mood Enhance:
Drive by Applied Nutraceuticals (3 more mid-day)
Multi-Vitamin:
Animal Pak by Universal Nutrition (one pak mid-morning/one pak with dinner)
BCAA/EAA:
Uni-Liver by Universal Nutrition (4 tabs per meal and pre and post workout)
Cycle Assisting Products:
Vitamin C 1000mg -1 pre/intra/and post workout and two more throughout my day to block cortisol
Milk Thistle 700mg (pre-cycle) - two in the morning and two at bedtime [175 mg per capsule]
Taurine 500mg - 2 tablets mid-morning and on mid-afternoon
Diet:
Total kCal Intake: 3250-3790 calories
Protein Intake: 195-215 grams
Carbohydrate Intake: 380-420 grams
Fat: 95-110 grams
Two Replacements a day:
1-Mass Gainer Shake
2-Protein Meal Replacement Bar
Other than that 4 to 5 meals the rest of the day
Training Split:
Day 1-Arms (Bi's and Tri's; Forarms)
Day 2- Back (Upper and Lower Lats; total back complex), Traps
Day 3- Chest (Upper,Lower,Outer, and Middle), Shoulders
Day 4-Arms (Bi's, Tri's, Shoulders) [Hypertrophic rep range]
Day 5-REST
Day 6- Legs (Quads, Hams, and calves) [Would split up if I had the time]
Day 7- REST
