CEL H-drol Dosing for 144lb

I'm currently flux'n 138 - 147.

what would be ideal for a strength gain/Lbm cycle? notice alot of ppl do 50/50/75/75/75, but most out weigh me by 20lbs+.

What kind of workout history do you have?
What are your eating habits?
 
^Used LG science to get to 161 from 150. shred to 144. tried Prime to recomp, got some strength out of it.

lift 5 days a week sometimes 6days. Road work 2-3 days of the week/30-40 mins.

packet oat
pre work out (NO shotgun, or Jack3d)
Lift
whey protien 40g
breakfast (varies)
lunch (varies, mostly tuna sandwich)
light sandwich
Dinner (Varies)
Cardio
*whey protien, 20g - only after running.
casien b4 bed 20g
* once in awhile I'll wake up around 2am for a light sandwich.

most likely increase meal loads if "ON".

Bench 305x1
dead 315x4
squat 315x6

I cant speak for cel hdrol, but many people feel cel products are top notch, and as such, I see no need to goto 75mg, the label lists 1-2 ed, and I outway you by alot, I ran a similar compound and had gains at 2 ed, if you get no gains at 1-2ed with a reputable h-clone, your diet, training and rest are whats holding you back. Do 2/2/2/2/2 with ancillaries and pct, eat 1.5-2gms of protein per lb of bodyweight, train right and get your rest, you will grow.

ok, i just looked it up and i was wrong too, its actually " an eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind"
 
At 43 yrs and 165 lbs I was handling 75 mg well. My cycle was like this:
50/75/75/75/75/50
00/00/00/00/00/2 caps novedex XT. yada yada... start of my PCT
 
So 50mg for 5 weeks would be legit right?

At 144lbs, that would be a good run. By the end of cycle you should have a pretty good idea how HDrol "feels" to plan your next cycle.

Take RB's advice with diet. Diet/Training is EVERYTHING!
If you want to get bigger, eat more, and lift HEAVY. 4 days a week would be plenty.
