cee and aakg question

hi,

i just got some cee and aakg powder from nutra planet but i am confused on how much to measure out the servings since they do not include a measuring cup or anything.Any one have and ideas??

ever thought of getting a kitchen-type measuring spoons and cups?

im using that at the moment and it works very very accurately...

They should both have 1/4 tsp measurements.

With those two powders, a teaspoon (slighly rounded) should yield 4-5 grams.
