I got acclimated to enhanced rather quick. Doesnt do jack for me...

Next time im ordering a stim free pre, either hemavol or ultima. Think i may need a stim break

Enhanced was great the first 5 days now to so much.. I'm kind of disappointed

Same here. Except I never got used to it because I couldn't stand the yohimbe in it. I hate that stuff. I can't decide if I am going to have a heart attack or puke.

I was disappointed in PNI Prodigy as well. I prefer condense with added 1,3 or ephedrine, Maximize Intense (1,3 version) clearshot, and muscle marinade

Powermax was good as well
 
Yessir i just slapped my delts and triceps like a bawse.

Didnt really have a set routine today.. kinda winged it straight "freestyle" lol. Lets see..

Shoulder external rotation work, band work

Pronated db military
Reverse db fly
Rear delt destroyers
Db upright row
Band rear delts

I took a nap yestarday from two till fourish, needless to say when it came time to sleep last night, i didnt. Fell asleep around 4am woke up around 6am and couldnt fall back asleep..

Pinned 100mcg bilat in medial delts, and had a solid pump goin. Eight more days on lr3.. sad to see it come to an end.

I hate gyno, because it loves me....it's like the clingy chick you don't like anymore that can't take a hint...you completely stop talking to her for a while, & as soon as you stop intentionally hiding from her she assumes you're all about getting together again *blahhhhh*

For real. Wish I could log the Ultra Sten for you Caz; I loved msten at 20mg. But I just came off, & using the same compound back to back at a lower dose (I ran 24mg) seems like a piss poor idea lol. 30mg for 20 days could work for a quick kapow I'd bet.

Ok guys so I'm officially leaving for vacation tomorrow. Took the last 2 days off from the gym, And will be back from vacation on Friday.. Heading to lake George with the family got a cabin on the lake!! Ill be hooking big bass and relaxing!! No supps will be taken the entire week than its back on when I'm home.. Cell service is bad there so ill post when I can.. Also bringing a hot spot with me if it gets service..

You guys seen the new 18methylestra ph/ds getting out? It's literally just the active compound methoxygonadiene (LMG) converts to....I noticed at the supp shop in a stack bottle that also already had 13-ethyl in it lol....premade stacks are often such horsecrap! Put a badass label with a dragon on it, call it Insano-Fury or something, & throw 4 steroids in it with only 1 at an efficacious dosing and sell it for 75 bucks....

You guys don't need to be accountants to see the profit margins on that baby....but good thing you guys are (well, Caz, tyga is gettin there)!

Lol. Don't discount the synergistic effect of smaller doses of different compounds combined. For a good analogy think about alcohol and pain killers. Moderate amount of each on their own, no big deal. Combine the same amounts and everything changes.

Chest is where it needs to be thru the entire lift (upright), you initiate the movement by sitting back into the hole, & your depth is there - not below parallel, just a good ole-fashioned powersquat (the safest & strongest form, obviously). Great lifting tyga; you're exactly where you need to be to get parallel.

You have your eyes down when you take the bar off from the rack & during most decents. Get your eyes forward or slightly up. The upper body wants to follow the sightline (amazing how well you stay upright despite looking down!). But it will only help; looking down is useless. And don't spend so many steps/so much energy getting into position. Take the bar off like you own it, take 2, max 3, steps, & you should be perfectly positioned. Any more & you're wasting precious gas holding hundreds of lbs on your shoulders you could be putting into another rep or more weight.

Thanks brotherman. I usually get set right after i unrack it.. two steps tops. When i unracked it i took a shorter step back because i thought my spotter was all up on me (clearly he was a good distance behind me).

Since i upped my kcals im going to get into heavier weight.. hopefully.
 
Good deal man! I squat tonight too, Wendlers 1st wks of 5/3/1 is 3x5 (65, 75, then 85% of training max), but last set is 5+....managed 355x8, & I think it put some hair on my chest digging for that last rep. 5x15 on legpress after made me a little girl lol

Letro is working, started 1.5 yesterday & going to run that thru the wk like you recommended. Today was 2nd dose & believe lumps are already slightly smaller. Hard to tell, but certainly no bigger! Got more exemstane coming this wk. I'm inclined to believe this letro is legit.

Big numbers on your squat! Try not to mess with your areola for a week, then check the lump. That can mess with the gland some, when you keep checking it. I think youll be happy with the letro layout, lower dose will mitigate the crappy sides.

Yep. Into the 2nd bottle of their exem, legit as heck. Prami also legit (they're currently out :( ), Clomid had my boys bigger than I'd ever seen em hang, & appears so far this letro is g2g. Very happy w/ them.

I didn't realize mp got pinched. RCs and peptides are totally legal though so I wonder what they were busted for
