Cant wait to use it.. so ill be shootin 40mcg lr3 tomorrow :) and changing the mod grf/ghrp 2 (well the remainder) to post workout and pre bed only.
 
For the last 60 days my diet has been super clean, ate my normal chopped meat and brown rice. My wife decides to order Chinese food, sweet and sour chicken w/ chicken fried rice and wonton soup.. I just housed half of it like a starved prisoner!! Man it was good!!!

No dieter is strong enough to resist chinese take out. Glad the clen is working. I never noticed anything from it the one time I ran it. Dosed up to 120 mcg with not effects. I know it wasnt bunk because I roommate would shake like a bridge in an earthquake on just 40mcg

I don't know how you guys fuk with Clen. That stim felt so harsh on my body. I couldn't go any higher then 90mcg and it felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest. Lol... I was having the weirdest dreams too

Yes. Once i started injecting in my delts there were noticeable improvements on my shoulders. But, when i was going subq i didnt notice anything
 
Ive read differing opinions on what to reconstitue the igf1 lr3 with.. AA, nacl/bac , bac or straight steril water. I went ahead and used BAC, palmsy whatd you use? Injected 8iu (40mcg) this morning.

Had a rediculous amount of sushi, bed of rice with sesame chicken and a cup of ice cream with two slices (small) of cake lol The slintropin kept me from feeling bloated! Hell i still felt hungry when i stopped, but about 20-30 minutes after that, the full feeling set in. No bloat though, thats a HUGE benefit.

Couldnt resist from not puting that store glycogen to use.. so i hit back. Im still trying to fix the rolled in shoulders/tilted scap so im doing a lot of prehab/rehab work and moved my workouts back in hypertrophy/volume work.

My endurance is up as well, took your advice myodyne and pop three lclt pre workout. Can definitely tell the difference. Also, i know the ergopure is starting to kick in cuz last night my wife wanted to spoon and all she did was brush her butt against my soldier and went to attention quick lol

Glad I'm not the only fat ass with the diet today. I'll take pictures of my dinner and hopefully get them to upload. Ultimate food porn. 3k cals + in one sitting.

its called a garbage plate. swanks may be able to help me in its description im pretty sure he's from the western ny area. not sure if they have them out towards buffalo though. basically a cheeseburger/hotdog/hamburger (your choice) tossed ontop of an ass load of french fries and mac salad covered in a western ny thing called "hotsauce" thats basically made out of severly high fat grease, ground beef and im not sure what else. i know it doesnt sound bad right now but theres typically an inch of liquid grease at the bottom of each plate. its just greasy fried goodness.

ish is so fiyah! Whenever I visit fam in Rochester we hit up Nick Tahous for that and really there's no words for how amazing it is and I know how unhealthy that behemoth is, but still.... it's amazin. You could throw in a variety of ish into it actually and with all the mixing of meats/fish/dairy/veggies, more meats and a lot of other stuff that's the name essentially, yeah the grease is outta control, but definitely a slice of golden friedness, ish just got mad hungry hahaha
 
Off Days

Took Friday and Saturday off, my body just needed it. Also had up carbs yesterday and I'm feeling go to go. Tonight I' ll hit up a 45 min cardio session and Monday back to throwing weights!! Tomorrow is also the start of my PCT, which I have to say I'm excited about . Myodyne hooked me up the the entire line and from what I'm seeing I should enjoy it. I'm going to log it for them so ill post a link if any want to check it out.

Lol that's pretty accurate. Some places will also put other things on it too like hot dogs, waffles, bacon, gravy etc...

Holy crap I hate you guys...I really want a cheat meal so bad now...and I just ate 1/3 of a large pizza last night on a date & the remaining 1/3 this morning, plus I had a big mexican cheat meal friday....but I am down to 201.8, so maybe just a little...:nervous:

Lastnight I went out with the family and ate - chicken fried chicken wiith white gravy, loaded sweet potatoe, four dinner rolls and seasoned rice. If i had stopped there it would have been a cheat....well I didn't stop. Came home ate oatmeal with pb then a giant bowl of crunch berries. I feel like a slob today.
 
We should start a separate log detailing our weekly dietary indiscretions...it'd be 20 pages in 2 wks lol
 
Thats what weekend are for. Fried chicken and waffles, of biscuits and sausage gravy, Watermelon, and cheese grits for breakfast. Dinner consisted of fresh caught and fried catfish, Coleslaw, hand cut fries, tons of tartar sauce, hush puppies, tamales, and homemade peach ice cream. Perfect way to fuel leg and sprints day
 
You guys are killing me with all this food talk!! Jumping on the treadmill now for a 45 min cardio session.. Ill be think of all this food, ill burn some calories for all of you. :)
 
I just wanna say that I managed not to have any further cheatmeals after the remnants of the buffalo chicken & bronx-style pizza this morning. Actually felt pretty good to finish up the day clean.

I was clean eating all day. Chicken, tuna, salad, walleye, peanut butter and apples. I came no where close to my caloric intake though

So PCT started today, I'm kind of glad cause I haven't felt anything from this cycle in a while.. I will say that I'm not sold on these DHEA/ non-mythl products. For the price, I feel at least for me that they were not worth it. Ran all 3 products for 6 weeks at over the recommended dose and not much to speak of. I did thin out nicely but that had a lot to do with my diet and training. I wish this stack did work better cause I had zero sides to speak of, but for the price this does not even come close to a mythl PH.. Oh well at least I know now..
Anyway, on to the next, my Keto came in and I dosed it this morning. I waited about 3 hours then dosed Clen and it hit me like the first day again!! Didn't think it to work this fast?? So here we go my journey to a 6 pack continues!!

Yea buddy i had a nice pump going! I had the rest of my carbs post workout (3/4 c brown rice with tilapia)

Another thing i noticed today is, my facial and body hair is growing faster. Ergopure= increase in test= oily skin= pimples AND increase in test= faster hair growth.

After using the dheas twice now, and watching a buddy use them 3 times, I can confidently say this: they work great for a true hormonal virgin, & 4dhea is a valuable tool as a base for anyone not injecting test with an oral cycle. Absolutely 100% helps libido, erections, & fights lethargy on a strong oral. But all the other compounds are of very little use to anyone with designer experience.

I think you can't go wrong adding the derm in. It just helps smooth the run some. Got a bottle of alpha20 as well I may run in fall, or a 4-6wk DMZ. Or Osta/4dhea/TVAR for 8wks. I can't decide! But really excited to see how it treats you this fall man.

Now for the price I paid it was NOT worth it! Lets add it up 2 Alpha Bulk (110.00), 2 / 5 alpha Test (100.00) and 2 / 550xd (68.00) for a total of $278.00.. I could have bought 2 bottles of Epi and stacked it with Tren and paid half the price with 5 times the results.. I'm not bashing the products just did not feel like i got my bang for the buck.. :)
