Off day

Friday turned out to be an off day. After a hard crappy day at work I was shot! Hit the bed at 9:30 and caught up on some sleep. Today will be cardio only after the kids hit the sack. Sunday Is Mother's Day ( don't forget guys) so off day again. I'm taking the wife, mom and my 90 year old grandma out to dinner.

Ever since i switched from ghrp 6 to ghrp 2, ive had some serious GI discomfort. My gas will peel paint. Its crazy.
 
Just bombed a plate of biscuits n gravy & hashbrowns....and a chocolate covered strawberry with the mother and fam. Somehow I know that even the 2 glycobol I dropped with that can even that out lol

So my sister had to write a paper for an english course over the semester...she was trying to get ideas and I suggested discussing AAS use, maybe shed some light on things and debunk some myths to a few people since she has me to ask anything she wants. I thought she ditched the idea. Turns out the whole semester she wrote a paper on her own with wikipedia type crap, didnt tell me anything about it, and turned in a paper touting AAS as the devil basically. I read it just now, and I don't think there is a single factual statement in the paper. My sister is an idiot; and I am for believing she wasn't *facepalm*

Caught a nasty pump. Shouldve got a picture of my forearm and bicep.. had veins spidering out on thee ol' bicep. I didnt row anything heavy... i was going to try and do corrective work for my shoulders, cuz im all outta wack. But, forget that lol im out of my four week block of heaviness, now im moving back to volume/hypertrophy.

Seated med grip pronated rows
Face pulls

Lying pull ups (in the rack)
Db rows

Will pop my third slintropin before bed (why not dispose of the glucose in my blood overnight? Think i will :D) and my third ergopure with din din.

So far, with the pre workout slintropin... its lookin oh so good.

Tomorrow im hittin shoulders and will have weights and numbers up.

I called her. She told me she knows none of it's true remotely; she said she literally made up 60%, threw a few numbers & sources in, and figured the teacher wouldn't check her sources out for accuracy - which she didn't. She said her class has like 5 ppl and she was just chasing an A.

She made up this elaborate story about how AAS were ruining my life and hurting our fam; I had a severe addiction and have to spend 3-600 dollars a month in supplements just to support my body apparently. And I've become 'obsessed with creating the perfect body' & spend all my time with people who's entire lives are lifting weights. How I have to get blood tests all the time to make sure I'm not killing my liver, and all this crap painted up like I'm a Mr. Olympian pinning slin before every meal and cruising at 2g of test whenever I'm not blasting 1.5g of tren ace lol.

I was like, wtf? And she apologized and said she knows none of it's true but she just needed to create a moving argument. Oh brother *sigh*
 
About to hit up 35 mins of cardio on the treadmill. Just popped another slin sane and off we go. Also upped Clen to 100 today, split the dose in 2 and had almost no sides!! Going to get my sweat on!!

Nice! I'm thinking of tossing some t3 and eca into my nightmareish stack. I'll have to see how tren does me.
 
Clen cardio!! Had me sweating like a pig 10 mins into cardio. Banged out 48 mins and burned 600 cals!! Had sweat pouring out of my arms.. Going for a 6 pack in six weeks !!

Cant wait for breakfast tomorrow... droppin carbs and fats go up :)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 egg whites
1/4 cup vanilla carbmaster
3/4 t. baking powder
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 stevia packets

Directions: mix all ingredients in a bowl. Stir just until they are mixed well. do not overstir.

Pour 1/3 of the batter into skillet. cook as you would with other pancakes.

Gonna use sugar free strawberry jelly (2 tbsp) and pb (2 tbsp)

Oh and i just hit LISS again. That tis' all.

Alright Fella's banged out a nice session last night, I'll call it pump city.. Since I've added the Clen I'm going to change up the workout a little and focus on thinning out. I also need to cut down some of the volume to allow time for cardio & Ab's at the end. Tomorrow is a week on Clen and I've got my dose up to 120 per day split in 2 doses. Stepped on the scale this morning and your boy is down 2 lbs. in only a week sitting at 214!! This is all Clen cause I've been stuck at 216 for the last 6-8 weeks and nothing has changed. Today is the last day of 550xd :( 5 alpha has 2 more days left and alpha bulk has about 5 more days then the run is over and PCT starts.

Woke up this morning looking drier than yestarday. Also peed for a solid minute... armistane and slintropin at work? Maybe.

HITT cardio tonight

* next week will be my last vial of ghrp 2 and mod grf. Dont want to pay for anymore lol will be starting IGF 1 LR3 up though :)

Mod/ghrp stack benies:
Deep sleep
very slight leaning
Appetite increase (would be great for bulking)
Minor strength increases
Slightly quicker recovery

Cons
Constant pinning (felt like it anyhow)
Long term deal- can be pricey.

Will give the igf1 lr3 a chance now. Im sure, well i know the benefits are more pronounced with the mod grf/ghrp if on for 2-3 months at a time. But, my sources manufacture is dragging there feet in testing and sending it to him.

Anywho.. the log shall go on :)

I'm thinking 4ius of growth every day is cheaper than mod and ghrp.
