some beastly workouts going on, def gonna take a few from yous guys; very interested gettin into those peps soon and always interested in what you got goin on; plus checking out cazs' samples has me leanin towards some of that good ish compared to what I always get.

on a completely off subject, yous guys have to check out pain and gain if you haven't already seen it; I saw it in theaters but I got a site that has them up, I dunno if I'm allowed to link it here, but PM me and I'll hook it up.
 
Watched a bootleg camcorder version last night - not that I recommend that; pay to see it in theaters so the pic & audio quality are topnotch. I just have no one who will go to see it w/ me and didn't wanna wait til it comes out.

Not really anything to do with bodybuilding actually, kind of dark - these 3 builders in 1995 become murderers and extortionists and their criminal rise/fall (it's a true story so I'm not spoiling anything here). But there's a lot of funny bro things a lifter will prob appreciate.

One of the guys offers the Rock milk while they're at a stripclub..."It's breast milk! You wanna talk about hgh, this tha real hgh baby - you just pour some of these steroids into this titty milk and you grow, baby grow. Omg it taste so great too, you wanna try it? Try it, go ahead! I mean I'm big now, but I wanna get BIG, like walk-through-doors-sideways big!"

yeah it was something else, not a whole lot to do with bodybuilding, but it's hilarious because I'm sure everyone knows ppl like that; "Yo, I just need to get a pump on now". Claimed to be based on a true story too, but I mean some of the **** that went down and how dumb these guys were, it's kinda hard to believe how much of that was true, but yo that scene at the bar had me fckin dying: "We can be titty brothas!" that and when the Rock knocked buddy out and goes "Jesus Christ himself has blessed me with many gifts, one of them is knocking someone the fck out!" thinkin about jackin that one up for the signature hahaha, but yeah it's twisted dark comedy.

Today is a off day, DOMS from legs the other day are no joke today. It's beautiful outside here today going out with the kids took them to the park. And spent the afternoon cleaning up my baby getting ready for some serious fishing. Nothing like flying down the lake at 75 miles an hour to get The adrenaline flowing. This is my sports car.

That'd be bad ass. I think i went once when i was really young. Havent been that far east in NY in a long ass time. Probably about 3.5-4 hours.
 
Boat stands for Bring Out Another Thousand. They are extreamly fun but jebus they can get expensive.

This boat is not bad, now salt water with an inboard motor will break the bank!! I spend about 300 per year to service and store motor for winter.. Now gas that another story!! lol

Was a little on the weak side today (felt like it anyway) so far my meals consisted of..

Bfast
70g oat bran bread
5oz 97/3 white ground turkey
2 tbsp roasted red pepper hummus

Snack
55g granola

Lunch
70g oat bran bread
2.5 tbsp roasted red pepper hummus
3 whole extra large eggs

Post workout
2 scoop kwick karb
1 scoop protein
5g creatine mono

Post w/o meal
75g brown rice
75g white rice
4oz 93/7 ground burger meat
Low sodium soysauce
Oinion powder

Ill get my macros up later. Be easy gents

I was watching tv last night and there was a show on about a dude that had a 160lb nut sack. It swelled over his wang and he hasn't seen it in over 2 years.
 
Yeah morning djs on the rock channel in stl were talking about that... said Maurie or somebody offered to pay to have it fixed and he declined, but there was eventually a complication so now it's been removed and he's basically normal now. They said he's literally undergoing phys ther to learn to walk properly again without a massive counterweight between his legs lol
