Casein protein/ IF

Lets say I start with an 8 hour feeding window and 16 hour fast. I usually train around 7-8 at night, with my post workout shake being eaten along with chicken and lettuce. Now if I drank only a casein shake right before bed, (11-12 at night) would this be ok? I wouldn't eat again until 10 in the morning....
 
Is 10 am 16 hours from 11/12 at night? Lol...you kind of answered your own question.

Down your quick release protein as you leave the gym. eat at home....and just before your window closes, down the casine shake.
 
casein is sooooo over rated.....

For bulking, yes. Just eat cottage cheese.

However when cutting its a low 120cals (per scoop) that will feed your muscles for a long period of time. So, I believe it is good for cut and you are trying to keep calories low.
