I put in a suggestion this morning at the gym for a new cable machine. The one we have now is not adjustable, it just has top and bottom pullys.
The gym at the YMCA I used to go to have the adjustable pullys, which I loved, could do alot more exercises on it. I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed that we will eventually get one!

Hammer Strength Lateral Raise: 15x12-2 sets 20x10-2 sets 25x8-2 sets 30x7-1/2 (failed on last rep)-1 set

Biceps
Seated Hammer Curls: 30x10 35x8 40x8
Cable Rope Curls: 50x10 55x10 60x10BB Curls: 60x10-4 sets 60x8-3 sets WOW great pump on these!!!

You know it - have got some family sickness on my wife's side-her aunt has stage 4 lung cancer so I really hit it hard this morning. Had to relieve some stress. On a personal note for aanyone reading this-do not take anyone close to you (family or friends) for granted. We are not guarenteed tomorrow-so cherish each moment like it was your last.

Overall I'm satisfied with my final measurements, all except for my chest measurement. My wife may have measured wrong at the beginning.

Here is my Final Review of TestoPRO. By I would first like to thank Nate and AI for allowing me to log this. I also want to thank the other reps for AI and everyone else who subbed along on this. I am not through working out at all, I will continue to log my workouts in the training forum under the workout log thread. I will post a link to the thread so those who want to sub along with me on my journey to my beach body!

Strength: 8/10
I broke PRs almost every week, especially on bench. Muscles are more defined also.

Dosing: 9/10
4 capsules - 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening. Can't get much simpler than that

Libido: 9.95/10
Libido was through the roof after the 1st week and continued on...

Energy/Aggressiveness: 8/10
At the end of the 2nd week going into the 3rd week, I started to get that "Alpha Male" feeling wherever I went.

Overall: 9/10
Awesome natty test booster. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a non-ph test booster.

If anyone else has any questions or comments about my log, fire away!!

Really don't know much about ph and which one would work for me with the least amount of sides. Plus PCT is a little confusing on how much to take and for how long. And it seems like if someone asks a question about a ph or PCT, someone @$$hole will smart off an answer like "why would you take a ph without knowing anything about it"

Haven't started my new log yet but have been in the gym the past 2 mornings. Just doing various exercises before I start a fresh log next week. I will be concentrating on lighter weight but more TUT - 40-60 secs per set to really get that muscle mass kicking in!!
Yesterday I hit another PR on flat bench by doing 185
Today I got up to 225 on smith bench - yet another PR!!!

Great final review and again this convinces me , like all the other logs, and my own experience, testopro is great for strength.

nice job getting the waist down. Something that may explain why the chest went down, if it did, is the fat stores went down.

Keep up the progress, every small goal adds up over time and soon them million little small things matter HUGE

You are right about the small goals adding up. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is a great body

it take years to build a great physique, but once you get there its one of the best feelings you will ever feel.

hard work goes a long way, keep hitting it hard bro, your doing a great job :D
