Cardio wile bulking?

Hey guys I'm currently bulking and I do 1 day cardio a week just wondering if it's a waste if time or not?
How I see it is cardio either tread mill or bike burns cals right and bulking u want ur 3500 cals aday so doing cardio to burn off Cals does sound pointless does it not?

It depends if you play any other sport. I did no cardio when i bulked last but my basketball suffered drastically.

I personally think 10-15 mins hiit would be fine and would stop fat gain.
 
I like to do cardio while bulking for a few reason. One, so I stay in the habit of doing it.. Lol very easy to fall out of that habit. Another reason is the overall health benefits and I seem to loss my wind very easily when I stop.

I do limit cardio whole walking to 30-40 min walks or 10 min hiit 2-3 times a week.. Unless I go over board with my bulk foods or drink to much booze..
 
I dont like cardio very much while bulking, but in saying that, i live on an acreage and basically my form of cardio is push mowing 1/2acres once or twice a week, and in the north Queensland, Australian heat, you get a good workout lmao!!

I think it depends on you. Are you gaining unwanted fat during your bulk? I liked to do cardio in the morning because it would help increase my appetite.
 
Thanks for all the replys fellas, gains a lil bit of fat but not much nothing to worry about, I don't really play much sport but I have a pretty phyical job, it is easy to look it that's for sure might just do 10 mins 2-3 times a weeks

I think you should still do it too keep you in habit, good for cardiovascular system, help keep you hungry too.. Just keep it limited to maybe 15-20 mins moderate pace.. your goal shouldnt be to drop cals
 
my cardio when bulking is racquetball or short sprints. when cutting its swimming, boxing, jump roping
 
I wouldn't do it on lif days just because I usually want to get as many cals in as possible. A little cardio here and there wont slow your muscle gains, just don't go overboard, and make sure you get your cals in. :D
 
I'm making sure I get 3500 cals aday every day for sure, iv found a great app on my Phone called 'caloirecounter' helps me add up and makes sure I'm getting the cals not just guess work, as we all know diet is 70% of any training it's as easy as u don't eat u don't gain isn't it fellas,

tell u what tho u should take up shares in a chook farm I'm eating that meany chicken breast ha ha!
