cardio cardio cardio

Hi guys
I desperately need your help as i am getting mixed opinions....
I am dying for my 6 pacs, i used to have lots of fat around my waist and i managed to burn off most of it (including muscle size) after doing an intensive 1h 1/2 cardio 6 days a week.
Now i have got 4 packs and still struggling with the lower abdomen.
I heard i should do interval cardio for 20 mins, my worries are i will loose muscle size again as the interval cardio will make me sweat. Some told me small pace cardio for at least 30 mins

Instead of killing your self like you are why not try switching what your eating?I'd just drop 200cals and cut cardio off to 45min.But thats me and im recovering from overtraining.Unless you actually "enjoy"these marithon cardio sessions your doing?
 
Thanks for your response, actually my diet is pretty much good, i eat healthy carbs enough protein and good fat. However my major concern is the so called cardio that most people hate.
I am trying to taylor a good cardio program that i will stick to until my bf gets down to 10 or 8 %.
I don't wanna loose weight just fat, but i am scarred of interval cardio in case i loose muscle size.

to make sure your diet is in check, please post a sample day like what exactly did you eat yesterday. i mean amounts and everything and at what time. if you worked out, when was that in comparison to your eating.

my strong opinion on getting lean is avoid all sugars/carbs except for post workout. storing and burning bodyfat is a one way street. in that only one of these things can happen at a time. sugar/carbs raise blood sugar the fastest which can lead to a spike in insulin which leads to the storage of bodyfat to lower your blood sugar to acceptable levels.

you could also try intermittent fasting to get shredded.

This is what I have been doing. Got the perfect combo of losing fat while gaining muscle. But I am only doing a 12 hour fat fast.

Guys, this ain't no time for jokes, i train hard and deprive myself of food that other people enjoy so i wanna make sure i am doing it right so keep your silly jokes for yourselves !!!!!!

is your only goal is abs because thats what i got from your original post, so i gave you the best advice for it. If abs arent that, and i misinterpret your post, i apologize and will ask you to supply more information on your routine and overall body goals

You said carbs should be consumed PWO, what about the energy you need for the workout, aren't you suppose to have some carbs prior to going to the gym. Also i eat oats in the morning to keep me going throughout the day.
I consume 250-300 carbs + 250 protein a day and i am 13 stones, so i think my diet is clean.
I decided to try different things till i find the balance because you always get mixed opinions which is normal as we all different.
But thx anyway
 
I got good biceps/triceps, strong chest (bench 110 kg) as well as big shoulders.
My only concern is my abs they are not fully visible. My body fat is around 12%
so i only need help to bring down to 10% without loosing muscle, i have already tried a low carb diet but i was powerless so i eat a fair amount of carbs. Do i make more sens?

You haven't had carbs in 8 days, it depend what you tryna achieve.
I am looking to bulk up with lean muscle, how would it be possible without carbs!!!!
People always see carbs as the enemy, carbs are good but be careful.

I am saying it is possible to work out without carbs before your workout. Then have your carbs post workout.

I am still getting stronger. In two days I will have 500 grams of carbs.
 
Medium intensity exercises..stairmaster, elliptical, bike..when and IF I do cardio I try to keep my HR at 130-140 BPM

^ Abs on a skinny guy is like tits on a fat girl, they don't count.
 
all of these are so good but so many guys just dont get it at all
