I like doin cardio after my workout to cool down or burn more calories if i still have a ton of energy. If i still want to feel the pump later I like to pop a couple NaNO X9 later in the day
walking at an incline works out your ass?
I am doing 30 min after EVERY workout at about 3.0-3.3 at 15% incline.....uhggggg rough!!!
Try same incline 5.0mph... I feel like my heart is going to explode! Thats a MANS SPEED.:laugh:
how long you keep that pace? doesnt sound like fun for muscle retention
currently bulking while trying to keep fat gain at a minimum..will doing 15-20 minutes of cardio after lifting hinder any of my muslce gains?
