I have been bulking now for about 2months now and have gained about 12lbs pounds,went from 205 to 218. I think I'm a hard gainer so I've been eating just about anything I see including complex carbs throughout the day and plenty of milk and whole food protein mainly chicken lean beef and tuna.
The only weight gaining supp I threw into the mix was some Iso Mass which I felt like basically ran through my system within like and hour or so. My job has picked up and it has gotten a little harder for my to prepare meals so my question is would buying a product like Carb Slam or Golden Gains be a good post workout carb source or should I just buy up of all the sweet potatoes and other whole foods that are on sale now?
