Has anyone ever tried Carb fluxing (alternating)?

Example:
Monday: no more than 50 grams of carbs
Tuesday: 300 or more grams of carbs
Wednesday: no more than 50 grams
Thursday: 300 or more
etc etc etc

Just curious of results from doing this.

Carb cycling* - yes. This is a very popular strategy for both cutting and lean bulking. I implement carb cycling year round, not as extreme as what you've written out, but I utilize higher, lower, and <50g days depending on my training schedule and goals. I have found it to be very effective for body composition, and it allows you to have some diversity in your diet.

Works great, I run things similar to this when I am running more full body type EOD workout plans. Having the higher carb days on my workout days and the keto days on off days.

Will this helo you lose weight

This dieting strategy can be helpful, but at the end of the day it isn't "more effective" than any other cutting strategies. If you're in a deficit you will lose weight. I prefer carb cycling to keep it more fun and less monotonous
