When carb cycling, do every single carb count? For example, I know I should be consuming mostly complex carbs during high carb day, but during low carb day do carbs in avocados, beans, tomatoes, etc count? What's the percentage of carbs does it have to be to be classified as a carb? Just wondering cuz my gf is very special and doesn't like basic food so she likes to add tomatoes and avocados and beans to everything.
