I'm taking Nimbus Reform which contains capsimax. I have a bunch of Raspberry Ketone bottles from the New year's sale that I want to throw in, should there be anything to worry about combining the two? They basically have the same effects right?

Sorry let me rephrase, not studies but something I read. I googled either raspberry ketones or capsicum and ended up reading something like too much can lead to something.
