Can't Stay Small Forever - Animal Test Log

Hollywood, I am new on here and new to lifting in general but trying to grow myself right now. Anyways.... you got me all fired up to lift houses later on tonight after work. I am sorry to hear about your problems and hope that works out for you.

I just wanted to let you know that you definitely inspired me to work harder after reading this thread. Thanks for that. I will continue to read, but probably not post too much. I feel like such a noob and have so much to learn, I think it is best for me to read/learn at this point and continue my training.

I hope you keep up with this log, it is awesome stuff!

We are right here watching and cheering you on bro. Life likes to take a crap on ya sometimes, throw that crap back at it!

Thanks MG. Yeah I warm them up, it was just too soon to try lifting on it. If it even remotely starts to flare up tonight, I'm done. I believe I'll be skipping shoulders this week.

-It was my last day of M-Stak, my cycle is officially over. I'll hit the scale tonight for a final weight. I'll post a review in the near future.
-Tonight is shoulders/tri's. I'm going in but we'll see what happens.

The results....

Ok, so here's my review of my Test/Stak stack. Obviously this is a very expensive stack to run back to back, which I did. Unfortunately there were some unseen events that came up in my life that were beyond my control, which severely hurt my progress.

By four weeks in I was up 7 lbs in bodyweight. Almost all that weight had to be fairly clean considering my waist actually trimmed up. If the drama hadn't happened I could have really foreseen about 15 lbs by the end of my M-Stak.

All my lifts got stronger and my reps also improved. There were a ton of PRs set on this stack. I finally broke into the four pies on my DL which was huge for me!

I would definitely (and probably will) run this stack again. I'll just make sure my home life is stable first so I can reap all the benefits.

If anyone has any specific questions for me I'll gladly answer them, otherwise, the only thing left to do is to thank Universal/Animal for the opportunity to use Test and to run this log. I have been using their supplements for several years now religiously and they never let me down.
:thanks:

Great work was done in this log bro. Nice review. Despite setbacks, you still made progress and gains. That is win/win.

Looking forward to seeing what you cook up next man.

Thanks Hg. I think the numbers and PRs speak for themselves. It was nice to have ya along for the ride.
