Can't log-in.

When you click the forgot password link, it should send you out an email. In the email there will be a link. Click on the link and it will take you to a page that looks like the same login page but it should prompt you to enter your new password and another field to retype your password for confirmation.
If you're not being redirected to this page to enter a new password, please let me know.

Dear Stryder,
Yes I get the email then click on the link and get a log-in page.When I try to log-in with my password(my original one) it keep coming back with the same log-in page minus anything typed in the password bow.
When I try to create a new account it says someone else already has the email addy(me obviously)
I would just like to send my order snail mail.

Been there done that... Stryder will take care of you.. He did me.. Had the exact same problem.. Hang in there.

After you login and it takes you back to the login page with the empty fields, try to go ahead and start shopping anyways. It seems that you are logged in, but it isn't redirecting you to the homepage. You can tell if you are logged in by going to the homepage and it will say your name instead of guest.FYI777 said:
