real simple.......i believe the simpler the better, the job is to restore hpta function, not start another cycle

im a serm guy, altho i agree it is not warranted all the time, just i havent run anything lately that id be comfortable with oct stuff

pct of choice is torem + daa(tcf1/tf2) + anti cort.....thats it (ill run the daa past the serm a few weeks)

i see some pct for a 4week hdrol cycle that has everything but the kitchen sink, 4 t boosters and anti e, creatine, no2 stuff, viagra, and so on

Absolutely, people over do PCT sometimes, but it goes both ways. I see many more people under doing PCT. Some PCT requirements vary, but I normally use a serm, test booster, toco-8, and a cortisol controller.

same here, i always thought t boosters were dog****, but daa i like alot, for pct usage, toco8 is a bargain considering the way pp prices stuff, and cort control is key in the latter stages

really all adjuvants to the serm, torem is king
 
Funny you mention this because I was just thinking the exact same thing a few days ago. I see some people's PCT's that the list here and think, "wow!". I'm a simple tamox and test boost kinda guy.
 
i see the 'lists' and combined with the age, and i wonder what money is left for food?

maybe im naive, but most young guys are students, so i dont get prioritizing supps over food, unless of course they got the coin

Around 15-17 years back, I would spend more on protein (original Met-RX) and the latest, greatest supps on the market and overlooked my diet. I thought all these "miracle supps" would magically transform me into a Greek God but after years and probably thousands of dollars, I realized it wasn't. There's no replacing solid foods and the protein/supps are just that, a supplement to your diet.
 
What's trs and serm mean? New on here tryin to learn as much as I can. I'm currently tryin to figure out what to take for my pct after I take Finaflex ripped. So far got nolvadex and some creatine, was thinking about prime for my test booster. Any advice?
 
What is the best time to dose Toremifene? Once.a.day, twice, morning, night etc...

In hypogonadic and infertile men given nolvadex, increases in the serum levels of LH, FSH, and most importantly, testosterone were all observed.It can also block a bit of estrogen in the pituitary, which is a great benefit when used with HCG. The increase in testosterone Nolvadex can give someone with a dysfunctional is basically that 20mgs of Nolvadex will raise your testosterone levels about 150%

me too. sometimes i feel like i should add in another supp or two but i normally dont :fool2:

been researching pct supps but i just havent soaked up enough info to understand everything.

btw what is DAA, it seems so popular for PCT, what is it?
 
Simple SERM only PCT's aren't good for keeping gains...

Go all out in PCT. SERM only PCT's are good for HPTA recovery and gyno protection, and way way way overrated for gain retention.

BTW I don't understand the poll. Each answer can mean both ways. Can you overdue PCT, does that mean can you hit overkill or can you add as many things as possible?

really, is there a line where too much is being used vs keeping it simple

i agree serm + x xx is good, but i see alot of posts where the op has like 3 diff t boosters + an ai, ++++ .....to the point where i feel its overkill, and just not needed

jmo, but serm + anti-cort + something natty like daa....end of story, no need for multiple serms, multiple boosters, starting things in week 3 or 4 ect

looking for people's experiences both ways.....especially seeing pct is very individual and we all have our preferences or 'go-to' stacks
 
Ok, gotta question will nolvadex and prime be enough to put me back to normal after I'm done with the finaflex ripped? This is all my takin fina, bulldozer xl 5000, animalpak, nolvadex, prime, and size on for creatine. Also is there a better test booster than prime?
 
I wouldnt take the TRS if you gave it to me for free.

Any SERM, a good T booster, AI, creatine, cortisol control.

I like DAA, Titanium, NTBM T boosters, powerFULL, ERASE. There are good products out there but you really have to look and research
 
I do torem and resveratrol. Toco 8 is a year round supplement for me, cheap and it works. I see some people mentioning the trs, I only add in the endo amp for longer cycles, or if I'm running something that has anti-glucocorticoid action, which is usually on longer cycles anyways. Torem for 4 weeks, trs for 4 weeks starting the 3rd week of pct, that is how I do it.
 
totally agree , too many people r overdoin their pct.Me its nolva , testforce 2 and lean extreme, plus a preworkout sp 250.Thats it done deal.I think its the newbies who go overboard ,they r just too paranoid.What about food food food
