CAN YOU ENLIGHTEN ME????

I have a question...

If I were to do 2 day split training.
Should I take creatine, NO, fatburner and other supplements for both times before I workout?

Wouldn't that be over dosing on caffein and other negative effects?

Please help me,

Creatine in itself supplies lots of ATP (energy) to the muscle cells. I don't find the need for NO or caffeine when on creatine. I would save your NO for when you stop taking the creatine as you will drop water weight and strength and feel weaker. Theres no problem of taking all that together tho IMO.

And theres different ways of dosing creatine depends on the kind your using somewhat, but NO is a pre-work out so yea before your workout for that one. Fat-burner idk when read the label. Read the labels for all of them.
