Can someone go over my bloods for me

I’m 36 years old been feeling lethargic with low libido recently decided to get bloods

Nothing there that really justifies why you would be lethargic with low libido. Anything going on with work, or personal life that could have you stressed and not realize it? Everything here is in range, so likely stress, or diet related, but doesn't look hormonal, at least not these hormones.
 
I agree with Kleen. Check your diet, stress level, and sleep habits. Are you working out at all? Are you on prescription meds for anything? How about alcohol use or drugs? Those could be a huge factor.

Diet has slid recently no alcohol or drugs and sleeping is fine however been under a lot of stress recently so all the evidence points to that really and high cortisol likely?

Stress will kill, literally. So clean your diet up some, take some long walks and take ashwaganda.
 
I agree that stress likely has a lot to do with it.

Also, allergies could be another factor. People only think of allergies as itchy eyes or sneezing or a runny nose, but the histamine response can lead to lethargy and tiredness.
