I have to add my 2 cents here, while it might be Ok to use some supps at 16 I would think that other than a good protein product and maybe creatine there really is no reason to use anything when their natural test production is at such a high level, for the next 5 or 6 years he is in such a anabolic state that to get used to any supps is just creating a crutch type of mentality. just get him to bust his ass in the gym, eat like a horse and to NOT PARTY alchol and loss of sleep and bad eating habits are the most detrimental to anybody. Just think of the money he will save if he doesn't worry about supps for another 10 years, at 16 its also very easy to go from powerfull to d-bol especially if any of his comrades are using. No slam against USP of course there are plenty of us older users with much more disposable income. I have 2 younger adopted brothers and they use protein and I have been thinking about getting them to use BCAA's but they are both over 18. To each his own but some things to think about, the best thing is to be a good role model and encourage him to live the complete lifestyle.
