Can I please get help with a muscle mass diet?

So i have recently changed my training and my overall goal from leaning myself out and gaining lean muscle to wanting to gain muscle mass.

I was hoping that maybe I could get a few ideas on what foods I should eat, and basically a good diet to create muscle mass.

My diet now mainly consists of high protein, low carb foods, a tonne of vegetables and a few almonds.

Any help on this would be much appreciated
 
For starters your going to need carbs for mass. Also a progressive tracked workout plan. Throw in some healthy fats and ur good to go.

Height,age,weight,bf%, and years training?

How many cals do you eat now?

Let me know and ill and get something going for you.
