So i ordered epistane, liver support, and PCT, I keep hearing epistane is on the lower end of the scale of PH's, can it be taken without a liver support? they forgot to send it with my order.
Can Epistane be taken without a liver support?

You definitely could use some while on Epi because even if it is on the low side when it comes to Liver damage its still methylated and will put stress on your liver to an extent.

IMO Liver support while on cycle is not a good idea. Its just like trying to get sober while you keep on drinking your not leveling out the dmge being put on your liver by taking milk thistle. Save it for pct. As well as milk thistle does make your ph alot less potent due to putting blockage on androgen receptors.

What I'm wondering - when Doc's prescribe these drugs (if they exist) - then do they also prescribe liver support?
I take the sup's - but I'm very skeptical they really do anything. Then again - I'm not that smart on things like this.

Milk thistle does help liver values.. But like I said it kinda makes no sense to do it on cycle as it does make the ph less potent And also Like I compared it to its Like trying to get yourself sober while you keep on drinking.. makes no sense IMO though. Thats just my 2 cents. Id save it for post cycle.

i understand what you are saying, but wouldnt taking some sort of liver support help reduce stress on the liver just a little bit? Also by how much does it make the ph less potent?

bro use a liver support product, just space it out from your ph dose, ie 4-5 hrs after your ph dose,

After a short google search of "epistane bloodwork" it looks like a lot of people ran this with very little liver and lipid changes, however there was still the people who's values were significantly affected.
Yes you can run epi with no support supps, but no one is going to advise that and I certainly would suggest running cycle support, the only way you could tell if YOU dont need liver support is bloodwork during the cycle, the reality is some people can run this and probably have no sides, but then again some people will have substantial changes in lipids and liver enzymes...
You'll have to be your own guinea pig if you want to see if you need liver support, and I have seen plenty of bloodwork using liver support and those values were shot

I guess, for some people maybe it did, for others maybe it didn't
But just looking at blood work available on the different boards, some people run every support supp known and their blood work sucks, values skyrocketing, then there are others run all the supports and they aren't affected too much, so I suppose the only way to see if certain support supps work or not would be for one person to run identical cycles, one with all the supports supps, one without, and have comprehensive blood work done to evaluate what works or not for them, but again that may only be how it affects them, it could be totally different for someone else
I remember Primordial a while back touting their liver juice and wanting people run blood work while on a methyl make some sort of guarantee or something, I am not 100% sure but there was something along these lines, I wonder if anything ever come of this

I think liver support should be used post cycle. But your body, your choices go for it to use it on cycle.

Do what you want.
I ran superdrol for 6 weeks straight without a single "support supp".
Liver toxicity is highly exaggerated if you cycle properly.

20mg the whole time, stacked with weaker stuff.
17lbs in 6 weeks, but I've been sicker than a dog lately so after PCT it's looking like I'll keep around 12 of that.
