I am doing a bit of research on my own and I am finding some conflicting information on half-lifes. Do the values below look in line? Also, are there any published studies with this type of information in it? Thanks!!

Looks about right, though test has a half life of about 4 hours, and the methyl test is probably around 4-6.

Also don't think winstrol s half life is that different for oral or inject.

And remember these will vary person to person, some may be more or less than what's given.

Thanks for that! I am also finding out that it is dependant on injection site (delt vs. quad for example). Really not as straight forward as I was hoping. This is going to be one hell of an algorithm :/

its been shown in scientific studies. a delt injection has a longer half life (but also lower peak) than a glute injection. its about bloodflow + number of blood vessels per cubic inch in the area.

u got acetate and propionate backward. prop has a longer half life than an acetate.
u can google the complete prescribing information for these drugs and get the clinical results for most of them.

that makes sense, as the delts have a larger muscle cross sectional area than the larger muscle of the glutes.

What do you think about people splitting Anavar doses up throughout the day. Do You think there would be a difference taking it 2-3 times a day vs just once a day?

It is better to split it every 8-9 hours to maintain a constant level in the blood (or as constant as possible). When I run 80mg/day I split it at 7am/3pm/11pm (30mg/30mg/20mg).

Yeah... this was the most complete list I could find, but since it is from a forum... a lot of it is bro-science.

can you give me some value to stable blood levels? I've never seen anything outside of directly related to testosterone replacement any value to steady levels. Even then, the value is mostly psychological/sexual, not anabolic potential.


And just to say, although those half lifes may be accurate from a direct simple scientific standpoint, on the testosterones that does not translate into what your testosterone levels would actually be on injections. What i mean is, doing a single testosterone cypionate shot of 200mg you'd assume that if your levels at 24 hours peaked at a total testosterone of 1200, that at 12 days it would be 600. Real world shows it would be more like under 300.
