cAMP/cissus/IGF-1 log

Those of ya who followed the other log of the DS compounds, this is the continuation (sp?). Haven't received the cissus in the mail yet but I went ahead and started the cAMP today. My dosage will be 2 caps of cAMP 3X per day, with 2 caps of cissus taken with the cAMP each time. IGF-1 (MR's) will be 50mcg's ed, with 25mcg's going to each calf ed, start that tommorrow (Sunday). I'll be alternating between the inner and outer head of the calves in hopes that some localized growth may occur. If not, I'll still get the benefits of IGF-1, so it's a win-win situation.
 
Diet is very consistent, with a daily intake of ~400 grams of protein, ~250 gram of carbs, ~90 grams of fat. The next diet change will be removing 20 grams of fat starting next week. I do one cheat meal on Saturday evening, generally whatever I'm in the mood for. Any questions, lay em on me.
 
Up your water intake, cAMP had/has me sweating like mad. Other than that, I am interested to see how the extra cissus does you.

Workout was decent today, nothing extraordinary. Felt a tweak on incline bench today in the exact same place I had a slight tear a couple years ago. I generally take this as a sign to switch back to flat, so starting next week, no more inclines for a while. All back exercises are up by a few reps. Felt great today, really pumped. And if I'm not mistaken, I look a little bigger than last week, could be the IGF, I dunno. Calf injects aren't that bad so far.
 
Probably the IGF..pumps you up really fast especially if you workout, inject then eat a bunch of carbs.

being that i'm cutting still, wouldn't eating a bunch of carbs at once be a bad thing? i do miss high carb meals.... :sad:

anyhoo, due to my schedule, i have to inject the IGF before i leave the house to go workout.

I've read quite a few logs where people started pinning their IGF-1 in the areas where they have injuries, etc, and it has helped significantly with the healing process.

Just something to think about ;)

yeah, i'm hoping the cissus will take care of this nagging chest problem, if i ever get it in. as for the igf, i need more calf help than chest help. glen feels my pain. :sick:

About two and a half weeks of shots left, gym scale says 301-302 but it's off... By exactly how much I don't know though. When I went to compete a week and a half ago, I had to strip naked to make the 308 weight class, and then the scale had about a 1lb flux to it and the official let me in at 308 since the scale has "a margin of error" rather than make me get on the treadmill for a while, which was quite cool. After the meet I ate like crazy at vegas buffets for two days (we're talking 5 heaping plates a shot here - I also put down a 2.5lb burrito that nobody else could finish in just 5 minutes) and when I got home the scale said 304.5, SO... Getting leaner, waist is still hovering just under 41", shoulders are coming out more, arms are still just shy of 21" (oh well next cycle) and my obliques are starting to pop out more like they were in my avatar, when I was almost 30lbs lighter and my back is just looking ridiculous.

Next cycle I'll probably keep my eating more in check (~6k cals, a little cleaner) and run the 2nd half of the cycle with albuterol, ketotifen and a moderate dose of T3... I figure I'll hang out at 275 until my progress starts to stall then push back up to 308.

T3 can aid in muscle growth in low dosages...I can't go into details, but I just learned this myself (and was surprised). I guess 12.5-25mcg/day will do it...

Yeah I know, T3 :lol: . I knew going into this cycle that I would need to lose some fat after it was said and done, I'm so freaking heavy I don't feel healthy anymore. 275 should be just about perfect.

Meet went decently, after gaining ~30lbs my squat suit was ridiculously tight, too tight to use, so I went out raw... Just missed a 600lb raw squat (got progressively more bent over coming out of the hole, turned into a good morning almost before the spotters took the weight), on bench missed my first attempt at 473 (brought the weight too low, bar came out of line with my elbows), retook the weight and threw it up easily, but didn't get the chance to take 501 :( I'm gonna get shirted again in a week or so and take 500 or 510 in the gym just to prove to myself I can do it. Took an easy 600lb sumo deadlift, I was definitely good for ~630, if I can get a good deadlift suit I should be able to get my sumo to about 700 soon.

Leg's/bi's today. Caught myself cheating (bouncing) on ass to grass squats so I dropped the weight and started over to make sure I'm doing it right. Dropping down to as low as I can go and pausing for a second or two, then up. Anywho, I changed things around a lot today for leg's and bi's so it's hard to judge strength but everything felt good.

Got some little veins popping out in my calves, that's new.

actually, most of them are up from when i was on. only change is chest, my inclines felt a little tweaky this week so i'm switching back to flat. legs is the only bodypart that's fucking with me right now, not suprisingly. :smite:

It's hard to drop the weight like that...I fight myself to do it when I really have to, and you talk about it like it's nothing :twisted:

Anway, you'll be shredded w/ a 34" waist before you know it...keep us updated on that pec...

it used to be a mental challenge to drop the weight, but after that pec injury, it put things in perspective. if i can't lift it right, i shouldn't be lifting it.

Even if I was shredded to the bone I'd have a hard time breaking below 34". I'm just cursed that way - hopefully beezle over here was endowed with a tapering girlie waist so he can be as pretty as glen :rofl:

Weight : 242 lbs (up 1lb from last week)

Waist : exact same as last week, 37 5/8"

Not sure what to make of it. I'm feeling quite a bit larger and the waist hasn't changed so I'm not that pissed about it. Kinda weird though. Anyhoo, shoulders/tri's were today. Went great, I have dramatically slowed down rep tempo, going for a 3/2 rythym (sp?). Definately a huge difference, had an incredible pump. Taking measurements tommorrow just for curiosity and compare them from last week when I finished rebound/LX. As for cissus, I've pretty much given up on receiving it. Supposedly, it was shipped, but unless it's on a steamboat from Budapest...... :rant:

alright bro, i'll hit him up again. but for what it's worth, the ceosm guy said it had already been shipped, that was last week. it's not a big deal to me either way but it would be nice to try out the 'cissus spike' you were telling me about. no worries. :thumbsup:

Definately going to break the 230's mark this week. :hammer:

Anyhoo, got the cissus in Saturday and started the dosing protocol listed previously. Nothing unusual to report at this time. Chest/back today, as stated last workout I've increased TUT on most exercises to a 3/2 split and it's definately an eye opener to how much weight I can lift. Felt good today although I did feel as if I were going a little bit hypo in the gym today. Wasn't bad but I could tell something different was going on. This week I have dropped an additional 30 grams of fat from my daily diet, so that puts me around 50-60 grams of fat which are all good fats.

Onward.....

anyhoo, for an update. i'm continuing the dosing scheme as outlined previously but i will be receiving another bottle of cissus not too long from now that i will megadose at the tail end of the cycle. should be interesting to say the least.

Just curious, what is considered a mega dose? I'm currently taking 8 caps a day (of Cissus RX), it's only been a few days though..

(8 caps of Cissus RX = 4.4 grams per day)

For both really. I have some problems with my right shoulder and wrist, and just want to strengthen up my joints in a preventative-type manner anyways.

Also, for the anabolic affect of course! :) Was pretty excited to see that it does both! I mentioned in another thread that I'm going to be combining this with DS's ReboundXT and ActivaTe. I'm also taking CNW's Omega Flex Support. It's pretty much a little non-hormonal joint strengthening/muscle building blitz. :) (at least, that's what I'm intending for it to do!) Diet is spot on, very clean, high protein (I weigh everything I eat and have it all calculated out) and as for training, my current program is geared 90% towards strength gains. (a PL'ing type routine) I'm looking forward to getting to that 10 day mark on the Cissus, and also I'll be adding in the RXT and ActivaTe around then as well. I'll keep a log. :)
 
Just for an update. Couldn't hit the gym today. For some reason, I got sick as a dog yesterday evening and threw up everything I had eaten that day. Started to feel a little better today and I'm able to hold down small amounts of whole food. Haven't taken camphibolic or cissus since yesterday afternoon but I'll pick it back up tonight. My wife (nurse) thinks I have salmonella but I'm a little skeptical. Or maybe it's just because I like raw eggs......

thanks bro. yeah, whatever it was i'm about 95% normal again so i should be good to go for tommorrow's workout. leg's ain't happening this week though.
 
looks like i might have been a little hasty to say 95% normal. the only solid food i can hold down is canned soup with protein shakes. needless to say, i won't be hitting the gym tommorrow and any weightloss or waist measurements will be altered this week since i should be measuring tommorrow. feel horribly bloated and i'm hitting the toilet about 1-2 times per hour. what little food i can eat is running straight through me. if this is salmonella, it officially sucks balls. :rant:

Sorry to hear Beezlebub, I've had it before and that **** was horrible. :sick: Get Well man.

The minus: you'll probably lose an inch on your arms in glycogen stores :eek:
