cals over maintenance while on cycle

i'm doing my first "real" cycle , i'm just curious how high you guys like to go with cals over maintenance
ive seen a lot of random thoughts of this from people saying consume the same as you would on a natural bulk ( 500 over maintance) to just eat as much clean food as you can , and i know many people who when on just eat as much of whatever they want
but id like to see how much people ate and how their gains were muscle vs fat

if you are curious what i am doing
600mg cyp 12 weeks
40mg dbol 5 weeks
nolva + some test boosters for my pct
ive been dieting for a while now sitting a tad above 10% id guess
with a goal of gaining as much lean mass as i can without gaining more than 2 inches on my waist
 
no its not a joke i dont see an issue asking others about how they change their diet while on cycle
nor do i see an issue with anything else i posted
 
Why would it be joke? I'd be curious to see some people's responses as well. Like the guy said, I know people who might as well be eating lard on cycle who don't otherwise lose their leanness. Good genetics? Maybe, but it's also difficult to qualify how much of this metabolization is due to hormone use, and how much is due to a just naturally fast metabolism (since a lot of these guys go totally clean in between cycles).

I'm about to start my first cycle in a few months time and, like the OP, I would like to find a happy balance between gaining lean mass and limiting fat gains. It's one thing to gauge yourself naturally, it's a totally different story when you're assisted.
 
Definitely play it week-by-week. 500 is a good place to start and beyond that, it depends entirely on your body. Some people can go way over and still lean out while adding mass and others obviously can't.
