Hey everyone and thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions you may have. I'm wondering if any of you have any other suggestions on calf exercises that I can supplement into my current regime. The gym I go to has a standing calf raise machine and a leg press you can use for calves but that's about it. I know I can always improvise and come up with something but I'm just asking for suggestions, also if you guys have a good rep range and/or set count. My quads and hamstrings continue to grow but my calves have always been hard to put size on. Thanks again
