Calcium Carbonate in Enhanced

Hello,

I am very excited that Enhanced is finally out, but I see that it contains Calcium Carbonate. I have heard that excess Calcium Carbonate can have negative side effects and that if one follows a balanced diet, supplementing with Calcium is not recommended. I would appreciate your thoughts on this.

It is only 30% daily value...not much more than 2 glasses of milk

The calcium carbonate plays a key role in the formula, providing a more basic environment for the stimulants to be better absorbed

Natty, thank you for the explanation. I do not drink milk at all, so it should not be a problem.
