Hello looking with the pre workout without caffeine (might be triggering IBD) and without creatine.

I normally take pre kaged and seemed to work for for while I see they have a caffeine free option, but looking for other recommendations

Some that are interesting

-Transparent labs stim free (has creatine)

-pes high volume ( have taken it seemed ok felt like I got pretty good pumps but seems a bit simple could be wrong)

-komodo pump ( don't like that I found it on a facebook ad, but it seems pretty good)

Thank you all in advance.

PES High Volume (Which you have had)
Build Fast Formula VasoBlitz (Clinically dosed and open-label)

Can't go wrong with either of them.

One of the most complete pre workouts out there and reason

I’ve ran it alone & will be running with kaged muscle creatine when gyms open up

Great taste but more importantly the effectiveness .. no cheaping out on ingridents

Are you saying that the ingredient list seems simple? Some pre-workouts throw a bunch of redundant ingredients in, so more isn't always better in this case.

Did see this one recommended looks pretty solid do you know if there is ever any sales on it ?

More or less like I said I could be wrong. That's why took pre kaged for a little over a year I think since it seemed well dosed and covered all bases. I did finish a tub of high volume and was pretty content with it just seeing if for around the same price I could get more benefit.

I saw a comment that it was mostly glycerol so I'll have to research on it a bit more/

Will look into any personal recommendations?

Considering you get a clinical dose of
Arginine Nitrates
L-Citrulline
Agmatine

What's so wrong about this profile? This is giving you very well dosed and researched products for giving you a pump and aiding your original question

Taurine is a great antioxidant to assist in recovery and performance
Glycerol helps pull water into the cells to give a better nitric oxide effect and pump

Just because it looks simple on paper does not mean it is not effective. Sometimes simple = better. You don't need a kitchen sink in a product to be effective. The same could be said with VasoBlitz

Both give you clinical doses, deliver with pump, and are affordable products.
If you wanted a kitchen sink product then give Morphogen Volugen a look, but it will be $48 for a tub. So it comes down to your preference on what you want to spend and get out of a product

Try beet root powder, it’s cheap, easy to use and I got better pump from that than most of the popular preworkouts.

I apologize I missed your recommendation I was under the impression 6g of L citrulline is what was recommended(second one looks pretty good for that reason)?
Honestly I might pick up a tub of the high volume again given the ease of access at my local GNC.

It just seemed like pre workouts with not too many ingredients could be something that one could make on their to reduce cost.

Not too long ago I did take a pretty solid beet root juice to see if it could help with my digestive system, never knew it had benefits in the gym. Could the beet root powder be something that I could just add into the pre workout?

It just seemed like pre workouts with not too many ingredients could be something that one could make on their to reduce cost.
So if you get a pre-workout with 30 ingredients in a prop blend, then you consider that an effective pre-workout without knowing the dosings or how much you are getting.
-- OR --
You can get an open-label pre-workout with clinical doses and fewer ingredients that would have a larger impact on your overall goal to support your question.

The number of ingredients should not be the make or breakpoint in your purchase. It should be getting WHAT you want, in the correct dosings. Anyone can put tons of ingredients on a pre-workout, that does not always mean you are getting anything in a necessary amount to make an impact. I can easily underdose 20 ingredients and throw it on a label. Will it be effective? Most likely not.

I think you are under the impression more ingredients always = better, but that is not always the case.

Maybe try something a bit different in SNS Focus XT Caffiene Free. The newest formula is an awesome focus-based, stim free product that can help or stack pretty much any way you want it. It wont give you the pumps some of the others will as that is not its focus, but I can pretty much guarantee that the focus and drive will be far better.

As well, this can be used for a myriad of other times that you just need a mental boost (studying, work, or really anything you just need to zone in on - my wife uses it for housework sometimes ha). The other benefit that many of these will not be able to offer is that it can help improve memory, recall and other similar functions as well as it gets more effective over time (though not required).

What's Ferulic acid good for in a preworkout? This is the only preworkout I've seen so far with Ferulic acid and am curious to see why it's in there.

Various studies have demonstrated that supplementing with as little as 30mg/day yields noticeable improvements in muscle mass, strength, endurance, and recovery

PES High Volume and CEL Superswole are solid options.

I tend to go for anything that has either nitrates, citrulline, glycerol or vaso6 in it. Also a load of carbs, water and a decent GDA like Glycophase is another solid option for pumps.

My favorites that fit your criteria:
PES High Volume (it has been around awhile and still trumps tons of more recent options...adequate Nitrate + Citrulline + Glycerol + Agmatine is an incredible combo)
SNS Vasoforce XT (HUGE Vaso6 dose rounds out a solid formula)
CEL Super Swole (this is a pretty potent performance, health, and pump blend with some huge doses)

I'd ask why you don't want creatine, only because it does limit some options, like one of my favorites overall in Proccor Ultra Octane (like literally everything you could need in a pre non stim formula).

I'd just comment to say if High Volume didn't really "work" for you then maybe a Vaso6 based product would be worth a try, but I'd also caution that maybe your expectations of a pump and performance pre may be off since High Volume is quite adequately dosed in several of the most effective ingredients in this realm.

Totally agree on useless fillers just for the some reason I can't quite remember the results I had with High volume regardless I will be picking up another tub of it to give another try. I really appreciate your information.

Will be picking up high volume again and more than likely the CEL superswole seem pretty well recommended so far.

Just a quick search on Tadalafil is it cialis I'm looking at?

I took creatine daily for about 2 years felt like I noticed pretty early performance gains, but felt like eventually didn't have much of an effect so I got off of it for that reason as well as possibly accelerated hair loss. When I got off of it I didn't notice any drastic changes.

Ultra octane seems so have a pretty small dose of creatine so might be worth a try.
