Initial Review to come tomorrow.....

Workout Routine:
Full Body 3x per week to help stimulate some new growth. I have done many splits, along with 5/3/1 and other well known strength programs but I just recently came across information on John Grimek and it sparked a lot of interest so I am testing it out! If you don't know about him, look him up!

Stats:
5 '10 @ 195lbs

Diet:
Planning to intake around 3000-3200cal per day depending on how much I gain per week.

Took 1scoop pre and sipped 1scoop intra....

INITIAL THOUGHTS:
The smell is amazing, the taste reminds me of Lemonheads, and the profile is dead on for a BCAA+ product. I recently started cutting out preworkout with caffeine in it so I have been dragging a little bit this week, but I did notice that I did not slow down much during this morning's workout. Maybe the Methylcobalamin since it was the first thing I drank upon waking?

NOTES:
- Last week I was only able to hit Incline Bench @ 205 for 8, and Bent Rows @ 185 for 8. Obviously this may be due to progression, but it also may be that my endurance/strength is affected by the Betaine/Betalanine addition to my pre/intra. For about a week I have simply been using carb+whey shake pre and intra so the proof may be in the pudding in this case.

- The taste of this stuff is very addiciting!

I always thought our Lemon Drop Max Out tasted just like Lemonheads. Not Lemon Drop Hemavol though...only Max Out.

This is the only flavor I haven't tried yet of SwoleMate but I'm anxious to. Seems to be a lot of people's favorite.

It's great! It's like a combo of the Lemonheads outer shell with the sugar core....hard to explain haha

Still noticing the benefits of the added ingredients, and still loving the flavor. I actually gave one of my buddies a couple scoops to try out and he had nothing but good things to say. He did mention that he would have picked a different flavor because it isn't a fan of lemon, but it was still good!

Starting to put a good dent in my supply, but loving this product! I did notice for the first time that I was sweating more this workout which I know Beta mentioned. BUT I agree that it may be due to the fact that with endurance increased I may be pushing harder than I was previously.

Final review to come this weekend or early next week, but this stuff is perfect for a BCAA product with added benefits. Endurance has been up, recovery has been on point which may not necessarily all be due to this product but I know it helps!
