COOL!! Glad to hear it. I'm nursing some left arm flexor issues now, and I should practice my own advice. Flipping up dumbells for shoulder presses, doing cable flyes, back work especially close grip, or biceps work is down right painful. I've pushed through a lot in the past, but this isn't going away. Sucks, because I just started making more progress again, and the only re-course is some down time I guess. Thank God I'm cutting some pudge, that way, I have an excuse for looking smaller,hehe.
 
yah pain is not a good sign! that is why we feel pain so we know something is wrong! I think it is important to take it easy when you have an injury, even a minor one. gotta let it heal properly!

nah man, don't sweat it. I haven't been to the gym since last Saturday, cause of some things. If it's due to your injury, should keep in mind that your body does need to heal.

When it comes down to it, I think everyone is like that bro. Just take it easy. Maybe turn on the old PS3 with some GTA IV, to keep your mind off of it.

p.s. got my Diesel products in yesterday and haven't been able to start 'em up.

nope. i get bummed out when i miss a session as well. sometimes taking a few days off help you from overtraining - look at it as a much needed break, then hit the weights back extra hard for letting you slack :)

if you're truly falling into a depression there are several factors.

you're body needs its endorphin high (i'd go do cardio for this)

and you're off dth right?

it no longer has those things inside of it that were boosting hormones, so you're returning back to a normal level, a level lower than what it had been and it's slightly throwing off your chemical levels. i think this is the main reason universal suggests 3 week cycles on all their natty t boosters. (and almost all their things really)

hmm thats interesting, yeah i did dth for a month and now imma be off for a month. Yes i think it is the high, also when i workout i just eat more all day because of a stimulated appetite. I love eating all day. Today i just been lazy and sick!

OK im going back into the gym on monday with a new training routine. what do you guys think?

DAY 1: Legs + Shoulders

Squats superset with Military Press - 3 sets
Leg Press superset with Upright Rows - 3 sets
Calf Raises superset with Shrugs - 4 sets

DAY 2: Abs + Obliques + Arms

Cable Crunches superset with Weighted Decline Twists - 3 sets
Leg Raises super set with Side Bends - 3 sets
Wrist Curls super set with Reverse Wrist Curls - 3 sets
Hammer Curls super set with Tricep Rope Push Downs - 3 sets

DAY 3: Chest + Back

Bench Press super set with Barbel Rows - 3 sets
Incline Press super set with Weighted Pullups - 3 sets
Decline Super set with Close Grip Chins - 2 sets

Day 4: Rest/Cardio

Open to any suggestions, tips, ectera. Very new to this style of training. The intensity will be high, the reps will be from 4-6 and the weight will be high!

Do you usually do shoulders? My shoulders respond no matter what so I dont even work them. I would do this:

After I got of my DTH/Sunami, the thing I noticed most was my increased recovery time, besides the aggression and other parts. I get kinda pissy If I miss a workout. Your body wants homeostasis, so it's been out of that for a bit, so now it's trying to play some catch-up and what that equals is that it caught up too much. Just give it a few, but by all means, push through it. That's where a lot of people fall off the wagon, they make great gains while on a supp, but once off it/them, the body returns to normal and they cease wanting that higher level. If it was easy, everyone would do it!! I don't think I need to tell ya to push through it, looks like you have your workouts in check, so good luck!!

Oh no im not bummed due to being off the DTH. I'm sad because of my injured chest. I had to take a couple days off, however tomarow I will be slammin' iron with the pros at OCC gym!

3 sets upright row - 110lbs, 7 reps, 6 reps, 6 reps(very slow and controlled)
3 sets face pulls - 90 lbs, 13 reps, 120lbs, 9 reps, 7 reps
3 sets Shrugs - 185lbs, 15 reps, 225lbs, 9 reps, 8 reps

3 sets hammer curls - 35 lbs, 10 reps, 8 reps, 7 reps(each)
superset w/
3 sets tricep pushdown - 80 lbs, 9 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps
3 sets wrist curls- 70 lbs, 25 reps, 20 reps, 10 reps
superset w/
3 sets reverse wrist curls - 50 lbs, 35 reps, 25 reps, 15 reps

Review: good workout day back. Didnt get all jacked up and crazy like I normally do. Maybe because the dth is finally out of my system, or maybe due to only 1/2 scoop of JP8. I was extremely vascular and pumped up during my workout though. My muscles were all swolen to nearly double their size, i contribute this to the jp8, l-dopa, l-argenine combo. My shirt felt like it was about to rip (i was wearing a small shirt). Over all good workout, didnt get tired at all!

Love the workout bro! Looks like another Soild one in the books. Keep up that intensity! Your getting to be a strong cat bro! Im diggin the military press! Shoulders are my weak point.
 
do you guys think my new set scheme is ok?

I am going from doing 14-18 sets for a major bodypart such as, legs, chest, back, or shoulders, once a week. To doing about 9 sets per major bodypart, twice a week. I am still trying to bulk! It feels like im not doing enough sets when i hit my shoulders with only 9. But it should be good right? not under training?
 
FIRST DAY ON THE JOB

Today was my first day at work. I work for a weight loss place that is top of the line and their business is skyrocketing!!!!! They love that I am so knowledgable about supplements and working out. They only know about eating to lose weight really!

hey i put my hands on some electric thing today where it shows my body fat and i have to input my height and age and weight. It said i was at 7%, there is no way that is accurate is it? I gotta be around 10% huh?

i got no meso in me bro trust me!!! PURE ECTO. I'll post some before pics right now. I credit a lot of this phisique to GET DIESEL NUTRITION. I gotta give credit where credit is due and I for sure owe DTH about 10 lbs!

me to bro, you have no idea how small i was. at 5'7" and 127 doesnt sound THAT small. but believe me i was pretty small. Hardcore ECTO. But i read so many books before i started lifting that i had my game down to a T. I gotta credit my suppliments too. I think a lot of my gains has come from perfect supplimentation.(beta alanine, bcaa, waxi maize, creatine)

If me and you got on the exact same workout routine and took the exact same suppliments and ate the exact same food I bet anything you would be exactly my size!

I SWEAR IM AN ECTOMORPH! I put it on everything. If you look at the first page of this thread, my first post, i got a pic of when I was only doing situps and pushups, look at how skinny I am....

But in case i'm wrong, what constitutes being and ecto/meso? If that what yall think I am.

For the whole ecto/meso thing. Personally just by looking at your pics and dates, you may have a lil ecto in ya but a good part of you is meso! In the last 5yrs of lifting and research/studying I have never seen a ecto grow as quick as you and get THAT much stronger in that amount of time. Supps or not, your body has changed with a quickness just like a meso! Just being skinny dont mean your an ecto. I know guys who are Meso's but were skinny befor they started lifting and with in 1yr they were strong as an ox and built like one to, and would never eat over 3k in cals. They think im nuts for wanting a min. of 3k+ a day.

ok maybe i have a little meso in me. but im definately an ecto. if you go to page 1 and look at my first pic.... so skinny. I can eat over 5k calories a day and never get fat. and if i dont workout i stay looking like how i did in that first pic. and if i eat 4-6k calories a day i still wont gain weight if im not working out. thats how i know im an ecto. maybe i build muscle like a meso, but i know im an ecto!!!!!!!

my phisique looks like your minus 7 lbs? I think i look more beefed up but you are more define and cut up for sure. but on a bulking scale, isnt my phisique more bulky in contrast to height that yours?
 
i really dont know the difference between an endo and an ecto. i thought meso was muscular, and endo was big boned and usually over weight due to thicker blood or something. Can someone clarify?

You have come a long way and put in some serious work. You have an awesome base and should be able to put on some serious mass if you keep it up. You should love the addition of T911. I am really looking forward to cracking my bottle.

Crunches(maching thing): 30 reps(full range of motion, nice burn)

REVIEW: Average workout. Only took 1/2 serving of JP8 so I wasnt very hyped up. Diet today was very clean with lots of protein.

Thanks teggie. I appreciate that. I'm trying to stick to the DC principal for my new workouts which is high intensity but low volume per body part correct? usually iwanna do 4-5 sets squats and leg press
