Busted caps of pink and prime.

I was taking my mid day dose of pm and prime today and noticed that some of the caps in both bottles are busted??? Any input?? Noticed on a couple of forums that this has been a prob for some people.
 
Was their cotton in the bottles?

The caps break during shipping. This can happen shipping the bottles to the retail stores, or shipping them from retail to you.

I would email their customer service on their website
 
Yea there was cotton in bottles. Thanks guys for the replies I will e-mail them and see what they have to say.
