I feel so bad for that dude and his 4.8 liter v8. Just had to dump my 5 series because these motors don't make it but to around 100k and they need 10 to 15 grand worth of work. They are fast and fun to drive but when you need work...

Dude he's got that stupid money and just putting everything into that car.
 
That moment when you have just enough money for a Dinan tune but you blew a head gasket and lost reverse on the way to work.

You can't even hard wire a radar detector in that car, the electronic systems are rediculous! Even replacing the battery in that car is a rediculous process that involves someone with a bmw specific code reader. I've always been a bmw guy but this last one completely turned me off from them.

Nah nah a tune ain't nothing. Hopefully he doesn't blow it, but with his experience as a mechanic and his dad's 35 years as a mechanic I have faith they can put it back together properly.

He's had the car apart for 2 months doing a laundry list of things. He just got a check from the military for back pay for 2 years! Idk man he's buying some gear off me and getting his car done. I'll post of a video when he races next week.

Going pretty good. Lifts have been feeling pretty good as well. Trying out a new workout routine and style, will see how my body reacts to it. I also threw in some OL DMZ yesterday, gonna finish out my cycle with some DMZ. Right now I'm 197, some vascularity.

You definitely should. It was hard for me to gain any fat on DMZ, even drinking a half gallon of whole milk with cheap whey per day. I remember being broke as **** (college) so I would eat 3 huge meals per day, drink whole milk protein shakes and eat white bread PB and banana sandwiches between meals.

I miss DMZ lol, good stuff.

Yeah man I'm trying to eat everything I can, eating some white rice now post workout. I also threw in some masteron, so hopefully that'll help with my gains.
 
Mast is one of my favorites if your lean though. The muscle hardness is awesome, and you tend to retain all of your gains on it at least from my experience everyone is different....

Yesterday I did work around the yard with my girl. I helped take pallets apart, which sounds easy until your told not to mess the boards up. It was a good forearm, bicep and back workout. Plus I got some sun in, man I'm loving this weather!

Here is my push workout for today. I really tired to get a good pump and a mind to muscle connection. It was an amazing workout, I left the gym feeling great!

Well yesterday was an interesting day to say the least. All I can say is when two people aren't meant to be together.. my supplements, proteins and everything get flushed out of stupid anger.. Ugh that sh1t killed me! And to top it off my phone fell in a cup of water.

So yesterday I did my heavy pull, today was my heavy push. Today's workout my mind wasn't there, not having my phone for music threw my groove off a little.

So now from here I'm not to sure, going to look into something to add in place of the DMZ since that was flushed.

I logged my workout yesterday, but lost it on my phone.

I've alternated and started working out without music and I feel like you get a much stronger mind muscle connection , atleast I do. I feel more in touch with what I'm doing , however I also have the ability to really zone out when I lift . Some people get distracted easy , you'll learn to like it burn . As long as your putting in 100% that's all that matters !

both you and Dma378 both like those straight arm pull downs. man im telling you, I have tried doing those for years and no matter what I just don't hit the back the way I should. always feel it more in my shoulders and arms. i have tried so many times, there are those days that it works, but more often it doesn't.
guess this is one of those you got it or you don't ex`ercises!

You can try an angle ez curl style attachement and vary your grip find the sweet spot, or use a rope attachment.

I usually super set the rope pull downs followed standing by j-pull ins w/rope.
