Awesome workout,how are the stats looking? Also are you going to determine your 1RMs to determine your rep range on your new routine?
I could go for some 1RMs, been I have really trying to use caution on my joints. They have been hurting, I'm just happy I was able to hit squats the other day! Idk man I think I'm just going to pyramid my weight up slowly and drops the reps until the end of my cycle. Then PCT go for some 1RMs.
Yea man, do that if your joint are that bad. You don't want to **** up anything.
That's why I'm slowly ramping the weight up, along with lower rest time and added volume. Then doing all pulls one day and push another. I really think I'm going to get some good results from this. Also been taking joint supplements and omega 3s.
Did you get PESs new joint supplement? Ice heard good stuff and Scavation has a new one coming out too.
Genoflex? I've looked into it, interested. I like the ingredient profile and have been hearing gold thinned as well.
I'm currently on my 3rd bottle of SNS joint support XT. I'm really starting to feel better, also I've been taking cissus along with my omegas.
