Was going to take today off.. But pretty much got called out on an arm workout. I didn't log it, as I was trying to keep up in some heavy weight with these powerlifting based guys, then I got mash the gas on some light to moderate weight. Cycle is definitely taking off, getting comments from everyone about my size.

Was on travel for work. No gym or workout equipment of any kind where I was lol. Was able to do a bunch of bodyweight stuff at least but still feel soft
 
Today was my 5th rest day, and felt like hitting some back. I ended up throwing in arms as well. I ended up dropping the Msten 2 days ago because of back pumps. I feel so much better already. After my workout I weighed 200lbs.

I've been trying to get my life in order.. The past week has been madness. I'm around 193 right now.. Ugh I'll get there. Yesterday I did some chest and biceps, it felt really good to be back in the gym.

Nice workout! Something happened to the weight belt at my gym too so I've just been holding a dumbbell between my knees and that's been working pretty well.

I could go for some 1RMs, been I have really trying to use caution on my joints. They have been hurting, I'm just happy I was able to hit squats the other day! Idk man I think I'm just going to pyramid my weight up slowly and drops the reps until the end of my cycle. Then PCT go for some 1RMs.

Yea man, do that if your joint are that bad. You don't want to **** up anything.

That's why I'm slowly ramping the weight up, along with lower rest time and added volume. Then doing all pulls one day and push another. I really think I'm going to get some good results from this. Also been taking joint supplements and omega 3s.

Did you get PESs new joint supplement? Ice heard good stuff and Scavation has a new one coming out too.

Genoflex? I've looked into it, interested. I like the ingredient profile and have been hearing gold thinned as well.

I'm currently on my 3rd bottle of SNS joint support XT. I'm really starting to feel better, also I've been taking cissus along with my omegas.

That's good that its gotten better, maybe Genoflex or Scavations joint supplement will help you out.
 
I'm starting a new workout routine, so I'm taking it slow to see how my joints like the new program. I felt pretty good today. I could have done more, but rode with a buddy to the gym today and he was ready to leave.. Last time I ride with someone else.

I feel so bad for that dude and his 4.8 liter v8. Just had to dump my 5 series because these motors don't make it but to around 100k and they need 10 to 15 grand worth of work. They are fast and fun to drive but when you need work...
